Landscape Minor Grading or Resloping Service
This is a follow up to a review i provided previously. I had asked this company to provide solutions to a water/draining problem i had in my yard. Believing in their advice, I hired them to install the suggested retaining wall and dry river creek bed. The work was done well and on time BUT, then the rains came and the water goes ANYWHERE BUT down the retaining wall and over the river creek bed. Water has now seeped into the shed, washed out much of the mulch and has even moved the retaining wall from it's original position. The issue first presented over the 4th of July holiday. I called Nathan's Dreamscapes, left a message, and in approx 10 days they came out to look at the problem and said they had a solution to fix the problem - at an additional cost to me. I left them a message and they have not returned my call. I have since contacted Home Advisor to help me resolve the issue.

BEWARE! BEWARE! Contractor did NOT perform job. Contractor hasn't answered my phone calls or voicemails. I signed the contract on 9 June 2016. Contractor will not return my $500 deposit. NATHAN DREAMSCAPES---DO NOT HIRE!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. HE KILLED 8 OF MY KOI FISH, AND DESTROYED MY BACK YARD, AND COLLAPSED PART OF THE POND WALL.
