I recently purchased a townhouse built in 1971 and I think it was a rental for most of its life. It needed new baseboards and also the entire place needed to be painted ceilings and walls. Nathan first thought that he could repaint the existing baseboards but after really looking at them decided they needed to be replaced. (this was fine with me because it was already in the budget). I also decided I wanted to put crown molding in the living room and he was fine with that. Nathan helped with selecting the colors for the living room, I had selected a color and painted samples on several walls, he said it may be too dark and recommended that I try a lighter color. I did and liked it but the paint needed to be just a little darker, when I explained this to him, he understood and ended up with the perfect color. I also wanted to put in new interior doors but discovered that this would not be possible due to the place being built in 1971 and the common sizes have changed. So, instead Nathan and his crew sanded over thirty years of paint off of each door (7) as well as the door frames. When I came over after work, I was amazed, the doors looked like new. It was the same with the baseboards and crown molding, the work was exemplary and the workers were very professional. There was also a hole in the wall of one of the bedrooms and the tenants had done a poor job of repairing it. Nathan and his crew were able to replace this portion of drywall and you would not even know that there had been a hole (and considering the number of different textures on the wall this was not easy). When the painting began the change in the place was immediate. I am able to call this place my home, with my touches. Thanks to Nathan my ideas came to fruition and I couldn't ask for more than that. If I ever need to paint the place again I would hire Nathan in a heartbeat.

Excellent customer service

The person Nathan hired to hang our lights took two days to do it and Nathan wanted to charge us extra because this guy was so slow getting the work done. Nathan agreed to come back after the holidays to take down the lights and when I called him he said that his guy "Lenny" said he would do it and I should contact him. I told Nathan that I paid him directly and it's his responsibility but he felt that it wasn't and didn't want to do it. After a lot of back and forth, Nathan agreed to send another guy out and this guy ended up ruining our big wreath by cutting the wire instead of removing the wire from the house. We can no longer hang our wreath because this guy cut the wire and left the wire dangling from the house and then waited for me to tip him! Nathan was unprofessional in handling this job and gave me an estimate over the phone when he should have come out to see the job for himself. Never will I use him again.

Nathan called me right away and came out to the house on schedule. His worker did a great job on cleaning the carpets and area rugs and even gave me advice next time I run in to a cat emergency. Very professional and a good job.

Paul and his workmen were very professional. They arrived on time and were very dilligent with their work. Loved the final product!
