Took off work to have someone come a do a visual inspection and provide an estimate. Agreed to terms then took off work again to have another person come do the job. Person one did not discuss work with person two so person two showed up not having complete knowledge of the work and thereby did not bring the proper tools. Wasted my time and wanted to waste more of my time to go buy equipment. Also had to explain to person two why they should fill tub before caulking while they looked at me like I had three eyes. It is a standard plumbing technique for a specific case. They left without performing work and I had lost faith in their ability to do the work so could not be happier. Amateur hour.

Excellent! Reliable, high quality renovation, repair and installation on all projects from complete basement demolition & renovation, to building a powder room, to roof replacement, to heating system repair, to sump pump and plumbing to electrical wiring and security system installation. Each time that I recommended Nathan's Pros to friends and family, they have all been very pleased and contract with them multiple times. Nathan's Pros,LLC has been my sole contractor since around 2017.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. The first time I hired Nathan Pro's LLC to get a job done, they didn't show up. I had to reach out to the owner and he didn't even apologize for not sending his crew. The second time I hired them, the secretary/person who schedules the job confimed the job and then 10 minutes before the crew was supposed to show up, she texted me saying that they don't want to do the job anymore. Nathan Pro's LLC has shown to be extremely unreliable and you won't even know if the job will happen until the actual moment it's scheduled for. GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE that is professional and does the right thing!

My utility room needed repairs to the existing drywall as well as some waterproofing on concrete portions of the wall. The team were extremely friendly and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and were courteous about noise levels as I had to work from home at the same time that they were working. They very clearly care about making sure the customer is happy at the end of the day, and my utility room is no longer decrepit and dark. It looks fresh, clean and put together.

Showed up on time. Followed up on appointment with a reminder. Very good job
