Currently still working. So far I’m VERY happy with the quality and quantity of work Nathan is doing. Communication is easy, respectful and he’s doing a great job. He’s repairing and finishing a long list of tasks. Many are tasks that were badly done by a previous “licensed” contractor. Nathan seems knowledgeable in all areas of construction so he’s been a great asset. He has repaired cabinetry, assembled and installed chandelier lights, replaced dryer vent, installed cabinet hardware, painting, etc. Old houses can have all kinds of unusual issues when it’s time to update them and Nathan is a great choice to get all those issues fixed.

He came early and on time the work was great

We had a custom-home built in Cardiff a few years ago and it was taking the builder way too long to finish all the last details. After much frustration I hired Nate to complete all of the finish work. He completed everything quickly, efficiently, and did a really great job! He was also able to make some significant changes, like putting a different size window in the master bedroom. We were so impressed with his work that we also had him do some things at our place of business, including painting and building an entire room for all of the computer equipment. I would absolutely hire him again!

Nathan came over to look at the job. Bathroom remodeling project. He gave me a very competitive price and we agreed for him to do the work. Next was his professional approach to the work. His skills are impressive. He finished the project and it came out beautifully. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

He was able to demo/remodel my entire kitchen including adding an island, new flooring, all new drywall and paint, lighting fixtures, backsplash, molding, as well as demo/reframing my bedroom wall and roof to install large French doors. He was very quick and professional, and his quality of work and attention to detail shows in his work . Highly recommend!

I can’t recommend him enough! He worked on my home for about 8 months and completely transformed it into a place that truly feels like mine. From remodeling the bathrooms and kitchen to assembling furniture and taking care of all the finishing touches, his craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. He was always reliable, professional, honest, and took pride in his work. Everything was done with care, and the quality exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for someone who does excellent work and genuinely cares about the finished result, I highly recommend him. You won’t be disappointed!

Absolutely incredible work! Nathan recently completed a full remodel of my bathroom and did an amazing job. Beyond that, Nathan has built all of the custom furniture in my home. Nathan’s craftsmanship, attention to detail, and reliability are unmatched. It is hard to find someone who is both a skilled remodeler and a talented furniture maker. I highly recommend Nathan for any home project!

Had a window on the front door that needed to be replaced. Nate showed up later in the evening the same day that I got in context with him and he scoped out the damages. He put temporarily boarded up the damaged window and returned the next day to perform the needed repair with a new glass window for the door. He is very responsive, punctual with his time and does great quality repairs and will continue to use him again with any other further projects around the house.

I’d suggest Nathan smith for work again in the future. Clean work on time very good personality. I told him exactly what my vision was . And he nailed it. Was even better than I imagined it. Nathan is a real craftsman. Most definitely worth what I payed he went above and beyond

Nate was very well professional at everything he did. I asked him too build me a fence for my backyard and he finished in under a week!

Nate was fast, efficient and very capable. He also thought outside of the box and was able to pivot when necessary!
