Nation Capital Moving was recommends to us by a friend and we couldn't have been happier with the service. The entire team was so respectful, considerate, professional, and so efficient. We had them both pack and move for us, with not one mistake. We had some challenging (and heavy) items and they handled it great. Plus, we're so organized with packing that it made unpacking very easy and quick. I would 100% recommend them and will absolutely be using them again with any future move that we have! This is our third time using Nation Capital Moving and, once again, they provided outstanding service. We used Nation Capital Moving when we moved into our apartment as newlyweds and recently used them to move out of that apartment and into our first house. They are the best local movers in the area, full stop. They are quick to respond to email, provide detailed quotes, competitive pricing, and their crews work quickly and efficiently to get the job done. Both the crew chief and office staff made moving day much less stressful with open and timely communication. The entire crew was friendly, hard working, and took great care of our belongings. They also took great care to follow all COVID-related safety practices. I can't recommend them enough. They should be your first and only choice for completing a move in this area.

They came and moved my apartment in just a couple of hours when there was no elevator. They also took the bed frame down and reassembled it within minutes at my new place. I felt like I could just sit back and relax and they handled everything. They were the sweetest gentleman and really hard working and they didn?t break anything!! 1000/10 will hire them again for a move in 6 months!

The guys from Iconic moving were incredible. Peter reached out to me seconds after my inquiry and we got the job scheduled for a few hours later. They picked up some outdoor furniture from my friends house and delivered it to my house. They also shoveled snow/ice from my deck in order to place the furniture correctly. This was on the coldest day of the year! Highly recommend this team for anything you need.

They came same day (within an hour of me reaching out) and moved my large item. They were quick and professional and made sure my equipment was in working order before they left. I would highly recommend this company!

The team showed up on time and quickly and efficiently packed my home, wrapping some things in plastic to prevent damages and keep drawers closed on things like dressers. We had some confusion over the mattress and bed frame parts going to a different address then the rest going into a storage unit, as well as location issue due to accidental miscommunication, but upon calling the main office number it was quickly resolved. Movers were wonderful, and it was absolutely worth the time and money- the two man team accomplished in one day what would have taken myself alone at least a week, especially without access to a truck. Wonderful business to work with, and the small issues were taken care of quickly.

Moving is one of those experiences where the company you choose can really make or break your sanity. Nation Capital Moving is extremely responsive, had the best rates out of what I scoped around the area, and very flexible throughout the entire process. I had the lucky opportunity to move during the pandemic and was grateful to hear that they allow one rescheduling for free before charging any fees. The day of, the movers showed up early. So early in fact that we weren't ready for them yet, and they were happy to wait until we were ready and didn't start the time until we signed the initial paperwork. The three guys were quick and also courteous, and made things super hassle-free for us. I highly recommend this company for any moves and I would absolutely do business with them again in the future. And sorry for the late review my bad.

Team was amazing, was able to schedule for next day work, showed up at beginning of delivery window, grabbed heavy delivery right out of the truck and brought it up 4 flights of stairs in under 10 minutes.

We absolutely love this moving company . They moved us quickly and professionally. They took pride in making sure all our fragile stuff was wrapped an protected. The second time we moved was from a three story townhouse to a two bedroom an again they were quick professional as well they made sure to ask where we wanted stuff when it was being unloaded. Which made it so much easier when it came to putting stuff up . If we ever move again we will continue to use them.

Only had a short 2 bedroom move. I've been through many moves in my life for myself and my children (this was my son's third move in Texas). Peter and his crew of two were one of the most efficient moving teams that I have ever hired. They knew exactly where to start, no one needed to told what to do next and we were packed and moving to the new location in under 3 hours. Unloading went even faster (under 2 hrs). I priced a few local movers that had very good reviews (still not as good as them), and they beat all the other estimates. The guys were on time and extremely polite. I would ask for them specifically if ever moving again.

Kris and Rony did our move today and we could not be happier with the job they did. They moved our things from a third floor apartment to our home combing the new furniture with what was already at our house. They rearranged furniture in our home, moved in the new pieces and set up a bed for us. They made sure everything in each room was as we wanted before they left and the care they took on moving our things was perfect. They both were very nice and hard workers. The job was done as quickly as possible and we can't be happier. We will use them again and highly recommend them to everyone.
