Demolition
They took down an old shed for us. The service was top rate from start to finish. The price was reasonable and the team did an excellent job. The owner, Gary, was on site for the entire project and the office manager, Allie, was great to work with. Highly recommend.

National Demolition was a nightmare to deal with during our home remediation process. I would have to call all day, at 10 minute intervals, to try and catch someone on the phone (emails, voicemails, and any form of outreach went unanswered and ignored), they only did half the work that we signed and paid for, and they stacked biohazard material from inside our home on our patio furniture, thus destroying it. All materials to be removed from our property were haphazardly stacked on our exterior patio for weeks while National Demo vacated the job, until I had to (again) call over and over and beg them to come complete the job and haul away the waste. We had to hire another company to come in after National Demo and actually finish all of work they failed to complete. Gabrielle (the main contact) had a huge attitude throughout the entire process and made our experience especially miserable. National Demo never apologized for ruining our furniture and refused to answer another round of emails, calls, messages, etc. to replace it. We are now filing in small claims court. Save yourself the pain of dealing with them (and save your furniture!) and choose ANYONE else for the job. **Updated to reflect that, despite Gabrielle's charming false narrative below, I have since won a civil case in court against National Demolition and Environmental and they have been found guilty of the negligence originally described. The company is under court order to reimburse me for all damages to my property. Do not hire them, unless you want to spend a year seeking rightful compensation for the absolute headache of dealing with their inadequacies through litigation.
