Very unprofessional and unethical. Took out a structure they were not supposed to, took some off bill then called and tried to charge it back. Did not finish in a timely manner. Started work without permits. Ray, the foreman, and Victoria, the office personnel was the only saving grace for that company. Ray did a great job. Victoria handled being in the middle of an unhappy customer and the poor practices of her bosses very well. Someone else should hire those 2 and give them a good salary. Maybe they should stick to concrete.

I feel he is very unprofessional. He came on time the first time when we met but now he no show no calls for appointments.

William Found a way to make my driveway dreams come true in a budget I could afford. The concrete work by far exceeded my expectations!! Best concrete people in the business! I will write another review when He finishes my garage... Yes I hired Him for that too. If you aren t sure If you should hire him based on other reviews, keep in mind customers scam contractors. I took a chance and I m glad I did!!!

William and his crew exceeded my expectations. He reached out to me after I searched for local contractors here. He quoted a fair price and got the job. His crew were very friendly and courteous and completed the large driveway job timely and well. They definitely exceeded my expectations. I would hire them again no matter how large or small the project.

He kind of made me fee l like i was less important because my job was smaller, so he pushed me to the side and i had to really hound him to get any work out of him. He made me feel like his time was more important then mine.

All I asked for him to do was his job. He has not fixed a problem that arose and he knows about it. He is not reliable about his word. He tells me he will be there the next day and does not show up.

William, Matt and their crew came through on their word to do an entire driveway, three pathways, a patio, an approach and three sets of steps and we could not be happier with the outstanding work and service from National Demo! Thank you all for making my home even better then it was before! It is exactly what I wanted! I would recommend these guys to anyone that needs concrete work done!

A 2 day job turned into 8 weeks and the job was never finished. They were paid in full prior to the job being finished, then never finished the job. We ended up finishing it ourselves and are out the money. Poor work ethics and very undependable. Would never recommend.

7/14//2020 OVER AND ABOVE. W. BRADLEY COMPANIES, LLC. I searched for someone to remove and replace my driveway and everyone gave me a date and price that was out of my price and time range. However, Will of W.Bradley companies LLC gave me a price and timeline that was reasonable. Not only did he show up on time he did exactly what he said he would do. He removed and replace my driveway beautifully. I was so satisfied I had him do my back yard. They removed bushes, shrubs, and trees, he also removed the old fence and graded it, which I know would have cost a hell of a lot more. I would highly recommend W. They did an excellent job on my new patio for a hot tub. Hard workers and very friendly. Keep in mind to be patient, they are very busy with covid 19 and people like me that are trying to make a vacation in the backyard. Also keep in mind that they do not control the delivery of the concrete, so if the concrete company can't deliver, they obviously can't do the work. Again, very pleased with them.

Initially he gave me a fair quote, the scheduling of the job was delayed 2 weeks because of rain, we showed him the color 2 different times and then he asked a 3rd time after he already told us he purchased the concrete color, and the stamping process was not the stamping pattern we asked for. He made us pay in full before he poured the concrete, even though it was stated on the receipt that we did not owe the balance until the job was complete, The concrete truck was on the way so we felt pressured to pay. When his crew showed up to form my patio they did not know the size or shape to get the job done. They did not check buried cables and broke our internet cable. IF you are considering hiring him, please reconsider, he is untrustworthy and lies.

2nd review because they never came back to finish the job, wont return phone calls or texts. We have a poorly installed driveway, never came back to make necessary cuts in cement, never cleaned sloppy wet cement from windows and surrounding areas. I agree with other comments, DO NOT HIRE THEM! Move on. William will make some excuses for other poor reviews. He will tell you what you want to hear and the minute he has all of your money, he disappears. 1 year guarantee is probably a joke.

Took deposit and never showed up for work and would not answer any phone calls or messages. Now filing charges with the consumer fraud department. I will never use this service again.

They don't stand behind their word. They tell you everything you want to hear and then leave you in the lurch. Then then they will tell you how much extra work they are doing and then not accomplishing any work.

Professional and experienced! I am very pleased with our patio project. They were on time and provided great customer service, keeping us informed every step of the way. Our patio looks great and we are beyond pleased! Thanks to William and his crew!
