I recently hired National Dusters to clean my home. This was my first time using a professional cleaning service, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. From the start, the process was smooth. Heidi came out for a walkthrough, took the time to explain everything in detail, and made me feel completely at ease. The cleaning itself was outstanding—my home has never looked or smelled better! Now I actually look forward to cleaning days. I highly recommend National Dusters.

We found this company on Nextdoor - came out to give an estimate, wasn't the cheapest one, but we wanted to try them out. First crew came, didn't speak any English, which wasn't that big of a deal so we communicated using "Say Hi" app. We really wanted the windows, sills, screens cleaned thoroughly as it was a new build. After cleaning a few, we went and checked their work and asked them to reclean as it wasn't done well. Before they left, I found several walls with gouges and paint scratched - asked them about it and they said it was there when they arrived, which wasn't true as we just had that area painted the week before. To double check what kind of work they did, we vacuumed afterwards and emptied the bin into the trash, finding lots of dog hair, dirt and debris left behind. The company's resolution to this was to send out another crew, and they pretty much did the same thing. The owner said he'd have someone come out and repair the walls. He never followed through on this. I wouldn't recommend this company at all.

Cleaners did a good job and usually spent close to two hours to clean my condo for a charge of approximately $177. The last time they cleaned, they spent approximately 1 hour and I was still charged $177. I asked for refund of approximately $86 and Mark, the manager refused to provide me with a refund or to offer a credit on next service. I canceled this service. Do not use this service.

I've had National Dusters cleaners out a few times and they are very nice and work quickly. They deep cleaned the bathrooms which need the most attention and then usually dust and clean the floors around the house. The cleaners are all very nice and professional. This last time I had them out they left dirty footprints (from their wet socks) on the bath mats and all of the wood floors were terribly sticky. I washed the bath mats and that was fine but the floors took longer to remedy. I took a wet towel and scrubbed the floor and soap suds appeared. It was like they left a layer of soap film on all of the wood floors (the majority of the house). I spent the next 2 hours getting the floors wet, mopping up the soapy water and toweling the floors dry. Even after that the floors still had a stickiness to them. This completely defeated the point of hiring the company to clean for 3 hours when I had to clean for another 2 hours after they left (and had company coming over!) I emailed the owner letting him know what happened and he apologized and said they might have used the wrong mix of cleaner on the floors. I would have liked an offer to come and re-clean the floors or compensate for the time I spent remedying the situation. I'm mixed on whether or not to recommend them. I have had good experiences but since this recent one I wasn't happy having to scramble to fix the floors before we had company over.

The company owner who does not take calls from customers and lets the receptionist speak for them, the office phone person who was so rude and offensive failed miserably as did Groupon would have left me with a loss of over $200 which the company will not service a dime of. I will also let National Dusters corporation know of this situation.

The girls have always been super friendly and thorough with their cleaning. The owner, Jason, is very responsive and has had to call me to reschedule times that Amazon has scheduled me. More a reflection on Amazon than this company.

The quality of the service was all good. They were very professional. They were able to do the job in and out and the price that they had quoted was right in the neighborhood of everyone else that was quoting for the stuff they did. They did a very good job.

I've had members for the DK Cleaning staff visit and clean our home three times. I wasn't overly impressed the first visit, however a phone call was well received and the next two times were impeccable. I was so happy! <br /> Rachel in the office has been so responsive. She has worked with me on my crazy schedule. When I was forgotten on their schedule she quickly provided a crew to show up within 24 hours. <br /> Honestly, a great company to work with and I will have them back. <br /> <br />

The first time I used them last year the cleaners were phenomenal. Using them again the cleaning was mediocre at best. They had a little time left and never asked me if I wanted them to do any more-they just left. Would not use them again. I called to reschedule and they used the wrong number to contact me so their verification call crossed my cancel call and it is impossible to contact them on weekends so I had no idea if they were coming or not after the confirmation call. They called Monday at 10:30am and asked if I wanted to reschedule and I was counting on them coming that day b/c I received a confirmation call. It was very annoying. They did accomodate me but the work was NOWHERE near as good as it had been the first time they came 7 months before. There are too many cleaning companies to pay for mediocre cleaning.

When a cleaner finally showed up, the cleaning was great. However it took three months before we could get the first appointment scheduled (no one answers the phones) and then another couple weeks as the cleaner did not show up the first two times cleanings were scheduled. The cleaning was great but the service was horrible. We are now stuck with vouchers that we cannot use as it is basically impossible to schedule. <br />
