They called and set up an appointment to come out and perform the audit, and wanted me to agree up front that I would have them perform the work they recommended. I responded that I would IF it was something I could afford. They came out and did the audit, then presented me with a laser-printed, filled-in form that talked about what I needed to do, complete with prices. Seemed as though it was preprinted. It did not include some basic things in my house that I learned since, such as the lack of insulation. I did not have them do any work.

I was not told of other options that I could use in my garage for insulation. Then I decided I did not want foam board on the ceiling of my garage and I was not allowed to cancel. I spent Way too much money for what I got. I was very unsatisfied. Customer service was horrible.

They were really helpful and knowledgeable and completed the first part of the project very quickly. Still waiting to finalize one part of the project, but they are not the cause of the delay.

I would recommend them becuase I have noticed a significant difference in the warth in my home, however they left a HUGE mess. I realize that some mess is to be expected, however the mess they left was totally unacceptable.

Do not use this company! The auditor was a nice guy and seemed to do a good job showing me where the leaks were in my house, however the good news stops there. The crew that came out to do the work did a mediocre job. Some of them did a good job while others were pretty sloppy. They damaged one exterior wall on my home and did not even mention that they had done so, hoping that I would miss it. I also had to have them come back out to complete work they did not do properly the first time. The second time still did not fix the issue. On top of all of this I don't think that they are certified by the state to perform energy audits.

All around good experience, will use again in the future.

I would like to thank Chris and specifically the crew that came to fulfill weatherization and window replacements at our home. Clean, efficient, professional and they deliver what they promise! They provided me with a thorough project definition and was able to complete the project on time and within my budget.

For about $100, the auditor did a blower door test and waled me through my house showing me all the spots where the air was leaking in. It was great. He helped me apply for rebates and worked with me to fix the leaks. I did all the minor ones myself and I had his crew fix all the major ones.

Estimator gave me an estimate that we agreed upon. Two days later, they sent out the insulation team leader; he saw no need for fiberglass-needed foam board, etc. that was not listed on the estimate. I called the estimator and he said that should really drop the cost ($5,000 for insulation). They did the job. After they fininshed and I was given the final bill, I saw that by the increase in cost for the foam board, etc., had made my total price drop only about $1,000. Math was correct, but I should have been sent the new estimate prior to the work. DID NOT advise to cover all basement items with plastic-what a mess! Very polite team.

The representative gave me several DIY tips to increase the comfort and efficiency of my home but did not charge me for the audit. He said my house was in such good shape, there was no additional work he could recommend. Yet he told me that he recommended $4K worth of work for the house he audited earlier in the day bc the house really needed work.

Very friendly. Ran the blower door test and explained the results, walked around the house with me to show problem areas. They went over the current government incentives/discounts and set up an appointment to have work done.

The gentleman who performed the audit was very knowledgable about the service, and the various aspects throughout the home that could affect energy consumption.

I'm not impressed with them, I was told they check for mold...not. They did not check heating or Central air units. Were more concerned about selling than the audit.

The salesman who did the audit was very professional and polished. The crew that came out to do the work needed alot of owner supervision; but, ultimately, they got the job done.
