Major Renovation - Multiple Rooms

This company has the potential to be a good company. The job foreman was out of his element trying to do work he did not have experience or knowledge to do. When he did work he knew how to do it was done well. It was the other work that was the problem. He was doing electrical work with no knowledge of electrical code. Tying new lights into existing circuits that he did not know the existing load on. Installing new outlets and just twisting the grounds together when a crimp or wire nut is required. When forced to run new circuits to the panel the wires were just laid across the drop ceiling, not stapled up to the joists. Actually put a thermostat on an exterior wall. And then argued when I said it had to be moved. All of the above was eventually corrected but only because I knew enough to make them do it. I had laminate flooring installed by them. They did not order the trim pieces needed at doors and stairs. They started installing the flooring using a 2x4 block and a framing hammer to drive the boards together chipping the laminate on several boards. When he got to the wall he did not have the proper draw bar so he used a flat wrecking bar and his framing hammer leaving a 6 inch spot with no laminate finish on it that would have been hidden under the stove. At this point I called out the salesman we dealt with. The proper trim pieces were ordered and 2 weeks later the installed flooring was removed and properly replaced with new flooring using the proper tools. The original ceiling had a swirl pattern on it. Knowing it would be a problem to match we agreed to all new drywall being installed over the existing ceiling. This basically gave us a brand new surface for them to finish and paint. The final product looks like a 30 year old ceiling that has been repaired and repainted many times by somebody that did not know what they were doing. After being painted 3 times by the foreman and at least once by an actual painter we gave up on having a nice ceiling. We will have to hire someone to come in and sand the whole thing down, re-mud the seams and repaint. We were told plastic would be put up to keep dust in the work area. Didn't happen. We had paint left in the sink when the rinsed out rollers. Concrete dumped in the front yard behind a bush. They would leave at the end of the day with counters, stove, sink, bathroom floor and tub covered in drywall dust. We were still living there. Basically cleaning every night so we could make dinner and shower. We were told this would be a 7 to 10 day project. 64 days in we finally ended the nightmare.

Excellent costumer service. Every single person who came to our house was friendly, respectful and professional. Everything they did was top quality work. I also appreciated any advice that was given to me. I would and have recommended them to others. I have already hired them for another project. A very honest, hard working company....the best decision I made was to hire them

The quality of their work was great, they arrived early, worked long days and made sure everything was perfect! Also, their customer service is top notch and they are a friendly company. They where there when they said they were going to be there, completed the job quickly and afterwards followed up calling to make sure everything was OK.
