I gave them a deposit of $500 the. Was going to finance the rest. Could not get the financing, and could not get the $500 back. And I am trying to come up with the $+2k they want for a system. Might as well write off the deposit money as a loss. Might look for another company
They called the morning of and changed our install time multiple times after the work should have already begun, electrician cancelled on us the morning of, and one of the installers could not answer most of our questions. The sales associate and secretary are awesome though. And this company is the only one in this whole area that is national certified for radon (for residential).

Everyone was nice and they did a good job. I was no-showed, no call for the first date which was hard because I had all my furniture moved. They werenâ t able to reschedule for another 3 weeks.

Great communication and prompt service. They did scuff up the newly painted baseboard in one room. I thought the price was too high for the size of the home and the amount of work. But overall, fairly satisfied and would recommend them to others, however, for me I would shop around a bit more before using them again.
Great people to work with. Showed me before & after pics of the ducts . Seemed to be very careful not to scuff walls with hoses. Cleaned up everything before they left.
