Our dog had an accident on one of our rugs. The tech who came picked up the rug without any need of our help after about a week the rug came back stain was gone and it was smelling amazing highly recommend.

Very quick response, after water damage- they came within 2 hours and removed all the water and also took out the rugs to be cleaned. After a few days they delivered the clean rugs back to me. I will definitely hire them again!!!

Great ptos, they cleaned 3 of my carpets. I had some 10 year old stains on the carpets and they disappeared. The guys had to rearrange they living room when they took the carpets and they did it gently and professionally. the same when they put the carpets back

I called national rock cleaners to have my Oriental rug, clean and repair. The service was excellent, The dispatcher gave us all the information before picking up the rug, and after cleaning repair team call us with few different options, fringes to be repaired or replaced, and we went with the high-end handmade fringes for our beautiful oriental rug. We also choose to add custom cut padding and protect the rug with Scotchgard protection I am normally not giving reviews but this time I decided to do the best effort because they hundred percent deserve it I also forgot to mention that they moved all the furniture for me and gave me white glove service!!
