This is highly unprofessional company , stay away!! Don't be fooled by the initial lower cost you will pay the difference eventually . First of all they made a mistake with the design , never shared the final design and they will not own up to their mistake . They are asking me to pay 2300 on top of the 18000 I have already paid to have the chair rail extended at the top as I initially requested and on top of that they will need to remove the top part rendering the chair unusable for many weeks . Secondly the chair stops numerous times when called by the remote , it has been weeks since I requested this to be addressed and all i hear are promises with no action taken . Very frustrated with this company and about to do a BBB compalint

We’ve been working with Megan at the Durham location (formerly Healthcare Equipment) for 4 years now. She has helped us outfit my son with a manual wheel chair at 2yo, a power wheel chair, a shower/toilet chair, gait trainers, ramps, etc. I don’t know where we’d be without her and the great people at the Durham location. They will go above and beyond for you and treat you like family. My son is thriving because he has all the adaptive equipment he needs. Thank you Megan!!!! Keep up the good work!!👍❤️🩼🦽🦼

National Seating and Mobility is outstanding in customer satisfaction! After being approved for my scooter they called me to setup a meeting with Thomas Carr to provide his expertise to match my needs and electric scooter help in my daily activities. He also provided me a time line from the order to delivery which was right on the money. I received a phone call to schedule delivery of my scooter. Thomas delivered the scooter at the exact time and reviewed all the options of my new scooter. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I would totally recommend NSM to anyone who would need a scooter. Everyone of the employees I had interactions with were upbeat and great to help with my order. Thanks so much!
