This company did and excellent job for updating my service line. They coordinate all the necessary inspection, new electric meter. It takes a while, but it is complete without additional cost. I recommend this company to anyone.

National Service Pros provided excellent service from beginning to end. When NSP met with me to discuss the project they worked withe t mo get the project completed within my limited budget. The installation went extremely well and they tested the unit to insure it operated properly. They thoroughly explained everything to me. I will use NSP for future projects and have recommended them to friends.

National Service Pros responded quickly to my request, showed up on time as scheduled and completed the work quickly and neatly. Their rates were very reasonable.

We worked with Wireworx & the owner Chris Boritz- his service & attention to detail were exceptional. We would highly recommend he & his company for any electrical needs you may have.

Technician was clearly very good, efficient and thorough. However, rate was higher than what was quoted over the phone.

They were very accommodating to my schedule. The electrician, Josh, found and fixed the problem right away. Since the first 30 minutes is a flat rate, he used the extra time to thoroughly check the rest of the house for issues (it is a rental property). He was able to remedy some other electrical/lighting situations while he was there. The only issue I had was when the time was being added up at the end. An additional $25 was added because he was waiting 5 minutes for me. However, because I argued the appointment was not really scheduled for a specific time (last minute) $25 was deducted from the bill.

Installer was friendly, courteous, listened to what I had to say and showed respect for my home. Work was done as promised.

I was told that the fan could not be fixed because it had been mounted incorrectly using a box which was not designed to hold a fan. However, when he returned to install the fan he said he didn't need the new box I had bought because the original one was correct. He then changed the hole, and left a gaping hole in the ceiling several inches wide. When I complained, I was told he would send someone to fix it. However, despite numerous calls, several weeks have gone by, no one has come to fix it and he no longer returns my calls. I hoped for better service from someone on Service Magic.

The service was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Setting an appointment at the desired time was easy.

Tech arrived, identified issue and resolved issue all in a timely manner.

I hired them for placing in-wall cable wiring to 3 bedrooms and a living room. While they were very polite and professional, had to reschedule multiple times due to their lack of availability. When they finally came, had to come back a second time due to lack of the right tools. Quality of the work was marginal, with the drywall repairs not being flush and in the one new outlet they had to create, the hole was bigger than the faceplate they put in. Also, they technician who came out forgot to check my phone lines which was listed on the estimate. It's been 3 weeks, am still waiting to hear back from their booking office about my complaints

They were honest about what they could and could not do. Although they were not able to fix the problem, they gave me good advice on how to proceed.

The technician was on time, professional and offered helpful tips on maintaining my new lighting and ceiling fan. I could not have been any happier with the service, and the price was an incredible value.
