THE TWO MEN DID A FANTASTIC JOB THE ASBESTOS WAS WRAPPED AROUND OLD PIPES AND ELBOWS IN BASEMENT FOR OVER 50 YEARS AFTER THE REMOVAL YOU WOULD NOT KNOW THE ASBESTOS WAS EVEN THERE. NO MESS NOTHING. GREAT JOB 3 D ENVIRONMENTAL

My experience with 3D Environmental was overall pleasant. The job was done satisfactorily and in a timely fashion with good results. 3D worked around the tenants schedule, kept the property clean and even did some extras that were not previously discussed and at no extra cost. They were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I would use them again.

When Tom first came out to meet my wife and I before starting our project, he was very friendly and quick to reply to requests/inquiries; however, as the project begun and the work was ongoing both Tom and his partner became more and more distant with communication. There were multiple instances where we had to reach out for an update on the status of our project and it was not until we came to check on our house that we noticed the project was not going to be completed on time. At that time we were informed that some members of the team were sick and the project was delayed. What started out as a simple project of refinishing our hardwood floors, in a house with nothing in it, has now turned into an additional out of pocket expense of over $20,000 for my family. We now have to not only rip up and replace the the hardwood floors (over 1,700 sq ft) which were completely damaged by 3D, but we need to have all new baseboards installed and repaint 3 rooms due to the messy work and stain splatter around the light switches and all along the baseboard. We allowed 3D the opportunity the resolve the issue once, which was only made worse due to the poor workmanship and lack of knowledge on how to refinish floors. Between almost all of the seams of the hardwood floor you can notice bleed back, there are multiple locations in the house where you can see deliberate sander markings in the hardwood flooring and other areas you can notice paint bristles under the polyurethane. I would advise against using this company for any project.

Bob and his team did an excellent job. I waited awhile before posting my recommendation because I wanted to make sure that their work lasted and was completely 100% durable. They not only did great with Mold Removal caused by another negligent HVAC company, they also replaced the affected drywall areas along with carpentry services. Do yourself a favor and hire Bob and his team.....best of all is that they're a family business as well and they're a delight to have in your home. They're also very conscious about cleaning up after themselves. I would definitely hire them again....you should too!

From 1st contact to completion of project, they were professional, courteous, extremely efficient and productive. They explained exactly what they were going to do, and did it exactly as they said they would. They made suggestions and told us how to prevent mold from happening in the future. Were happy to answer and address any questions we had. Would recommend them highly. Really a 5-star outfit.

Tom came out immediately to inspect my laundry room for toxic mold. He did not charge for the inspection, while the other two companies I called wanted $195 and $250 just for the estimate. He gave me an estimate, then said he would do it for 1/2 the price. He was an absolute gentleman and more concerned about my health safety than making a lot of money. I told him my money was in an investment and it would take about a week to get it. He did not think it wise to wait and said he would do the work and I could pay him when I got the money, His partner came over the next morning and did the job I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone with a mold problem. Thank you, Tom, for trusting me and being more concerned about our health than your money!

Tom and his team were very informative and professional, they worked with me in a very good way to estimate and complete the job in a timely manor. Him and the team were very nice and performed excellent work on my fence repair project. I would definitely hire them again.

We had a seamless experience with 3D from initial estimate to project completion. The entire team demonstrated complete professionalism. We are happy with their honest approach, friendly demeanor and skilled work.

3D cares about the client as much as the quality of work. Following completion, the owner called to make sure I was satisfied. I also hired 3D for patio repair, landscape re-grading, and chimney repointing. They work clean and fast too.

Tom came out to check & give me an estimate on repairing a roof leak as well as the drywall in the ceiling damaged by the leak. He was understanding of my needs and worked quickly to give me what I thought was a very fair estimate. He kept in constant contact with me throughout the process. He sent John to do the job who was very personable and really did an outstanding job. I am glad that I hired Tom & John to do this job. The repairs turned out great! I would highly recommend that you give them a call for any construction needs. There are honest & trustworthy which is very hard to find

Tom and all the contractors involved did a terrific job on the basement wall, foundation, shower, toilet, sink and electrical services. They were also professional, pleasant and kept me in the loop for the steps involved with the work. I would readily recommend them for ANY job needed.

The inspector gave me professional advice about the air filter we use. He responded to my phone call and email after the job was finished. He provided the air test result and report on time. The cost is reasonable and much better than another pro whom I have contacted.

Tom Nightlinger looked over what I needed done by a handyman and to my satisfaction sent John to do the work. John arrived on time and got the work done expertly. I'm very pleased that HomeAdvisor recommended 3D Environmental North.
