Nationwide Floor & Window Coverings

I scratched my 5-month old wood floor by moving furniture. Jeff and his team repaired it beautifully and it looks like it's never been repaired. They have excellent service and I would recommend them highly.

I had a small area of my living room that was warped and damaged. Jeff not only helped with repairing the area, but he also recommended other contractors (roofing, plumbing, and general repair) to help me figure out how the damage occurred in the first place. Since my hardwood floor was discontinued, the original plan was to put in a similar floor and sand/refinish the entire floor. However Jeff put in the effort to find flooring that was almost an exact match, and we ended up just having to patch it in. Great work all around!

Nationwide Floors & Windows Review We are so pleased with our floor repair. This company is professionally managed by a husband and wife team, Jenifer and Jeff Teller, who have Master Craftsmen performing repairs. Tony did an OUTSANDING job fixing our floor. This organization is not only personable, but are responsive to inquiries, on time, business like, reasonably priced, and customer focused. If you need a floor repair, call them first. I would bet that if you needed window, etc. they would do an outstand job. Background... A 30x34 inch section of our plank wood floor was removed to accommodate a leak repair. We looked to the original installer to give us a bid to do the repair; we played telephone tag for several days, the installation manager finally committed to bid the job on a Saturday morning 10 days out; install manager never showed, never called, was non responsive to my phone messages. I let them string me along for three weeks before I recognized the original installer was no longer interested in my business. I turned to home adviser who provided a list of recommended plank wood floor repairers. I called several, trying to setup appointments for at least three at a time to appraise the task and bid the job. The response was varied���one gave me a ���rough cost estimate��� but the cost may be more after he saw what needed to be done , but it was too far to drive and not be paid for his time and travel���. Two companies were non responsive. A forth returned my call, made an appointment, was late arriving, reviewed the job discussed how the floor could be repaired, but felt that the planks on hand from the original install would not be enough do the job; however, even though the planks were discontinued he might be able to locate enough to do the repair; three days later I called him and ask if he found any wood, he said ���yes.. Minimum order 200 sq. ft. and the price is really high���. My next and last call was Nationwide Floors & Windows, professionally managed by Jeff & Jenifer Teller. Appoints were made and kept on a timely basis; Jeff provided a written proposal & bid, believed the repair could be made with the material on hand, and provided a reasonably priced bid. We accepted the bid scheduled a date which was pulled up early due to a cancellation. Tony and Jeff arrived on time; we reviewed the work to be done; Tony repaired the floor using only half of the available wood. Tony is truly a Master Craftsman with the skills to weave tongue & grove 5 inch planks into the floor pattern and leave no evidence that a 30x34 inch section of flooring was ever missing from the floor. Tony did an amazing job!

Nationwide installed a combination of porcelain tile, slate and hardwoods in our living room, dining room, family room, kitchen and powder bath. It was a huge job and we could not be happier with the results! Jeff and Jennifer were wonderful to work with. They were professional, always accessible and really listened to us when designing our tile pattern. We always felt like we were their most important customer. The contractors they used to install our flooring were like artists. Every tile was measured and laid out perfectly. The workers were very polite and respectful and listened to our needs as well. We highly recommend Nationwide!

Excellent work

Jeff and Jennifer are great! They are the nicest people and so helpful. They started the job around my availability. When it was time to choose a stain Jeff made sure we saw all of the options and exactly how it would look when finished on OUR floor. My 45 year old floors look as good as new.

Nationwide Floor & Window Coverings did a great job on my hardwood floors. They matched the color and the floors look great. I would definitely use them again.

Will use them for other project and certainly recommend them to everyone else.

Jeff and Jennifer Teller are amazing. We are so lucky we found them.

Everything went very well with the install with the exception that they did not have any glue for the carpet in the areas where the carpet needed gluing. I will get the glue and glue the carpet down in the areas where it is coming up. They used some glue that I had on hand and it was not the proper type glue. I told the installers not to worry about it, and if it started coming up I would glue it back down. Well it is coming up in one area and I will repair. No big deal, but like you said, they should have had the glue on hand.

Jeff and Jennifer Teller were the absolute professionals mixing courtesy and professional consultation. I am very pleased with their work and would recommend this friendly duo to others.

I would highly recommend Jeff & Jennifer Teller to any of my friends. They gave me personal service that no other company had offered. All the workers sent to my home were professional, courteous and understood that I also had to live in my home while the work was being done. Jeff and Jennifer were always available and checked on the work progress often. Once again....I am very happy with Nationwide Flooring and couldn't come up with a complaint if I had to!!!! especially Jeff and Jennifer Teller. P.S. Jeff & Jennifer are not my relatives....even though it sounds like it from my comments....I honestly never met them before deciding to hire a floor company...they are just that good!!!

We are extremely pleased with our new flooring. Jeff and Jennifer were very helpful and courteous. All the installers arrived on time and performed their work like the professionals they are. We are very happy with the new floors and Nationwide will be at the top of our list should we ever need flooring again. We would recommend them to all our friends.

We are very pleased with the final product. Nationwide comes to your house with samples and goes through as many as it takes to find what you like. You can"t beat that! There were a few spots that needed to be redone, and this was taken care of without any issues what so ever.
