Disaster! Incompetent installers. Almost zero communication. Sent 9 DIFFERENT installers to my home over TWO YEARS and they STILL haven't finished. Multiple cabinets damaged. Handles drilled uneven. Doors stripped/fell off hinges. They came back and tried to "fix" it by filling the stripped holes with Elmer's glue and backing soda. They fell out again days later. They sent someone out AGAIN in October. That crew forgot to even fix the doors. I have called and texted for months. Still no one here to fix the doors and other issues. They got grey paint on my ceiling and new quartz counter. Still not fixed. The crown that was hung was damaged, crooked, g. It was so bad that their own installer said it was "the second worst installation he had ever seen". I asked for a refund to hire someone else and accordin to Lowes they have refused stating they WILL fix it. But that promise was made months ago. They offered one date. The last day of school and I couldn't get off work. That was it.

I was hesitant to remodel my kitchen for many years. Everyone always says kitchen and baths are the most expensive to remodel. With that being said I thought it was finally time to have it done. I used nationwide Kitchen installers for this process and have no regrets! From start to finish they made the tear out and installation of my kitchen stress free. The work was exceptional and the price was also affordable! Will be recommending!

The company coordinated and kept us informed every step of the way, and our Installer, Anthony, was hands down one of the best experiences that I have ever had working with an installation professional. He was kind, considerate, educated us along the way, advised us on what to expect, and coordinated the reordering of pieces that were damaged from the factory. Truly an outstanding experience, and we're very happy with the result of a beautiful kitchen!

Nick is very professional and answers all questions. Chris and his asst were prompt, clean, quiet and did an exceptional job in my kitchen. Im very happy with the job and definitely recommend them.

Nick and his team (Charlie and Wade) were very creative and gave great professional service. It was clear that they took pride in their work! Nick responded more than promptly to phone/text calls... Very knowledgeable (decades of experience) and always cleaned areas... I would recommend them to others and would not hesitate to hire them again!

Nick, the owner, was FANTASTIC (in terms of customer service, integrity, professionalism); he was VERY, VERY responsive regardless the time of the day. A true pro! Unfortunately, it's the installer he sent to hang the cabinets (Jon Cullen), made me give them half a star. Although a very friendly and nice guy, however, his craftsmanship was EXTREMELY POOR. He arrived late, measured the AC/heater vent that needed to be extended through the cabinet toe kick), ran to Home Depot to get the part (I wonder why Nick didn't take the measurement after he took off the grill off the vent when he first came), came back only to realize he forgot his snipper, went back to few different local HD to find the right tool, wasting more than half the day on the vent. Then he started rushing the job. I am a hobby carpenter myself, and never seen a pro using a nail and a hammer, making series of holes on the wall to find studs. He was attaching the base cabinets by screwing them randomly into the wall, sometime going at an angle, and missing the studs. The wall cabinet doors were not closing properly. Some of the base cabinets were not leveled (my counter top guy pointed this out when he came to do the template), the spice cabinet never shut close (Jon said when we install the knobs it will shut properly, making absolutely no sense how the door knob would make such a difference, which it didn't even after the hardware arrived and we installed them). Nick did send him back to take care of the issues, Jon came and unscrewed one of the base cabinets and was going to eyeball it to level it off. I asked him to use an actual level instead of eyeballing, which he eventually did, but why did I have to tell a pro how to do his job??? On his first visit he left saw dust all over (he forgot to bring his vaccum cleaner....again a sign of a careless unprofessional who came totally unprepared to finish the job). Now, as days go we are finding more flaws in his work (screw protruding through the open side of an end base cabinet). He was not a finish carpenter by any definition whatsoever, we are TOTALLY disappointed with the quality of his work. Although initially we had Nick give us estimates for few other projects in the kitchen, but now I am reluctant to hire them anymore, for anything in my house. I wonder how a pro like Nick can hire such a carpenter. I had quotes from other contractors, and but hired Nick (even though his was one of the highest quotes) after reading reviews on his website. Big mistake!!!

Nick the owner was very courteous and professional and answered all my questions quickly. I really like the fact that Nick sent me pictures of the two craftsman that would be showing up to do the install so I would know who’s coming to the door. Wade and Charlie the two craftsman that put my cabinets together and installed we’re both excellent. They even had a tricky situation where they had to improvise using a piece from a cabinet that was extra to make it work. I would highly recommend nationwide kitchen installers

Exellent workmanship, Wade and Charlie installed my kitchen cabinets. It was not a big job, but they treated it like it was. They took pride in making sure I was happy with their work. I am very happy, the kitchen looks fantastic. They cleaned everthing up, it looked like they were never there, no mess any where. The kitchen looks like it came out of a magazine. Highly recommend Nationwide Kitchen Installers. The did an outstanding job in an older home. Call them if you have any work to be done.

Our installer was Jon. He was on time and professional as well as friendly. He worked with a really difficult floor plan and did a fabulous job. Such a perfectionist which is what you want in a job. The owner stopped by to be sure all was going well. Would absolutely recommend the company and Jon in particular

Jeff, the installer, is a true craftsman. He was meticulous at completing all aspects of this kitchen installation. His courteousness was most welcomed in a day when it has become rare. The decision to do a kitchen remodel is a expensive proposition and his skill made the remodel worth every penny. Thank you.

They were very professional, knew exactly what they were doing. My personal experience with custom cabinetry is knowing that the installer needs to have knowledge to properly install. Custom means special measurements and special installation techniques.
