This has been hands-down, the worst moving experience my husband and I have ever had. My husband had someone from the company come and do a walk-through of the house, and they gave us an estimate based on the items we said that we were bringing. They came in lower than their competitors, and when my husband questioned them on how they were so much less, they said it was because this was how they earned their business and they had a tight system. On the day of moving, we were under the wire in regards to timing and needing to be out of the home in time. They knew this and about an hour into packing up the house, they all sat down, and someone called my husband who was driving across the country touring our vehicles with no service, and they said they were going to leave right then and there unless he sent an extra $4000 and had him signed an additional document . Meanwhile, the guys refused to load or do any work and just sat there. That experience alone felt a bit like extortion, but

EZ Moving Group Inc. and Nationwide Movers operate a predatory moving network that engages in deceptive booking traps, hostile communication blackouts, and hostage-load tactics.Their crew arrived at our residence, fully loaded our entire shipment into the transport vehicle, shut and locked the doors, and ONLY THEN changed the terms of the agreement. This is a direct violation of federal transportation law (49 CFR § 375.403), which strictly mandates that any revisions to an estimate must be documented and signed before items are ever placed on the truck. Fully loading the vehicle first and then changing the rules is an illegal trap.Their office communication is intentionally deceptive. A representative named Jennifer gave explicit guarantees that the shipment was loaded and would arrive on a specific Friday or Saturday window. I would like to readjust my review that I put out there. Please, people at Nationwide Movers have done all they can to locate my stuff. When I went to Florida, they took care of it. When they picked it up, they took care of it, and they were in constant touch with me, but like everyone, we?ve had a bad two years, and I have to say that I?m sorry that I miss-spoke about Nationwide Movers. They have done all they can to deliver my stuff and help me out with storage and paid for a month for me, but we all know people; we want our stuff in good hands when we do move, and we go through stuff, and they are the people to hire.

I?m back again, round 2, with Nationwide Movers. Things went so well with my grandma's move a few months ago. That my wife and I decided that your company was our best choice. I?m not normally the guy that leaves reviews, so trust me, I?m very impressed. If you're looking for a company that will treat you like family, you found it. Thank you again for all the help. I hope that I don?t have to move again, but I?m sure the wife will make me. When we do, I?ll definitely call Nationwide Movers ?? again.

I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a moving company. I needed to move from California to North Carolina and needed help. I was looking for affordable and reliable honest people to make this move easy since I had a lot of stuff. I called for a quote and spoke with the manager. She asked a couple questions and instantly quoted me the best rate compared to other companies I called. On the day of the move, the guys arrived with a truck and immediately started packing and kept track of all the packed items. They were two days early with the delivery, and all furniture was unpacked and set up in my new home in North Carolina. Staff kept in touch with me from the beginning to the end of my move and made my move very pleasant. If you're looking for an honest and reliable company, you can count on Nationwide Movers.

I checked many companies before I moved to CA. I found Nationwide Movers. I spoke with the manager, who was very helpful. Got me all the information I needed and gave me a fair price. It was not the cheapest, but it was fair. I wouldn't want the cheapest price for a long-distance move. staff; the dispatcher confirmed the day before on times. Guys showed up on time. Worked very fast. No problems. Delivery on time and no damages. The company followed up with me to make sure everything was going well, which was assuring. Recommended for anyone. All in all, it made my move easier. Thank you!

I found Nationwide Movers online and was very pleased with the care they took with my belongings. The support staff was excellent in staying in touch with me (even when I nearly forgot to list some furniture for the estimate), and the movers were careful with everything. Nothing was broken in the move. I was moving from Wisconsin to Arizona and found this company to be excellent for such a long move. I would recommend them. For a long-distance move (the first I have ever done with professional movers), I was pleasantly surprised at the low cost.

Nationwide Movers service is excellent. I had everything on time; no items were damaged or missing. I believe their price is excellent. I only paid $4950 from IL to FL, which, in my opinion, is a good price. My items were in good condition, and they were not damaged. I would recommend this company to anyone that is moving; their service is excellent.

Their service was great. My personal belongings got home complete and safe. I think the price was reasonable for everything I had, which was only $5500. Their person is friendly and really attentive. I got help with all my questions and needs. I would recommend Nationwide Movers company for your next moving needs.

I would give a negative 10 stars for this company if that was an option. This is the worst company. They are very unprofessional!! The estimate was increased by 3 times the amount initially quoted. They are very bad at estimating and will low ball it and then, after it is too late to cancel, they increase the price by 3 times the amount. They also stop answering the phone once they get your money. They continually lied to us from the amount to the method of payment accepted. They also told us not to go with another company because they were "just a broker;. Turns out that is exactly what Nationwide is, a broker. They will lie every step of the way. They are complete scammers. Knowing what I know now, I would not even entertain the thought of calling them. Steer clear of this company. On top of that the actual movers lost some of our items and we probably will not get reimbursed.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others. This company is misleading and stops communicating once you pay the deposit. (Jason) We were repeatedly told there would be a recount when movers arrived after we removed ~20 boxes ourselves?there was not. We were also charged an extra $600 for a treadmill and squat rack that were disclosed in advance and included in the packing list. If this was extra, it should have been in the quote. I emailed/called multiple times before the move to update the packing list with no response. When I finally reached Jason, I was passed to Jessica, who claimed the packed volume matched the original estimate despite many fewer items. She also said a recount wasn?t possible, directly contradicting what we were told. We were promised a $250 discount we never received, our headboard was never delivered, and the company has since blocked our numbers or hangs up when we are able to get through. Overall, a nightmare for a cross-country move.

I am writing this for my 80-yr-old mother. Her experience was completely different than mine. We are moving to Florida from Minnesota - two households becoming one. She lives in a SMALL apartment in Alexandria, MN. I recommended Nationwide Movers after talking with the very nice sales agent, Jason Moore. He provided her a quote based on the inventory of her home. She even included the make/model of her scooter. It seemed like it would be a pleasant experience. Not so. There is not enough space to go into very specific details but here's the list of why I would never recommend them. Within 10 seconds, the movers told her they would have to charge her $1,000 more. Like evil people who take advantage of the weak, they swindled her out of $500 after she complained. They ASKED, "What about a tip?" before they left, and called back later to say it bounced. And to top it off, she had $1,000 stolen from her purse by one of them, but she didn't notice it was missing until after they had left.

Superb and very expert movers. Throughout the entire procedure, the staff was outstanding. Even after transporting us for eleven exhausting hours, they remained cheerful, kind, and willing to assist us with anything we needed. The entire experience was stress-free because of their effort and attitude. I'd suggest them without a doubt!

My kid and I moved into a little apartment in Midtown Atlanta with the help of this amazing crew. They were on time, handled everything expertly, and packed all of the antique furniture with care. They also made the extra effort to assist in hanging a large, old mirror on the wall. They cleaned up after themselves flawlessly, and everything went smoothly. I heartily endorse the Nationwide Movers crew!
