I highly recommend Native Building Services and Roofing. Charlie Grindrod, the owner of the company, is very dedicated to making his customers happy. Because we had to wait for many months for our concrete roof tiles to be delivered (partly due to Covid and partly due to the fact that the tile manufacturer changed hands while we were waiting for our tile) Charlie arranged to have a member of his crew perform a temporary fix of the roof leaks over our fireplace. When the tile removal led to a rip in our screen, Charlie promptly sent someone out to replace the screen. At every step of the way, whenever a glitch would occur, Charlie managed to get the problem resolved in a very customer-friendly manner. Since glitches seem inevitable with home projects, the fact that Charlie looks after his customers leads me to give this company the highest possible five-star rating.

Mr. Grindrod did a very good job in explaining everything that they were going to do replacing our roof. I was sold by his presentation and information that he gave me. He was the third company representative that I had spoken to. The cost was very reasonable and the job was done in two days. I am very happy with the outcome. I highly recommend HRS and his crew for a job well done. Five Stars all around

Native Building Services did a fantastic job replacing my roof. They were always polite and professional. They completed the job in a timely manner and made sure to clean up everyday when they left. My neighbors are telling me how nice it looks and I recommend they to anyone.

Out of the 5 estimates we got, Charlie was the only one who inspected the roof for wind and hail damage and through his app determined the exact date the damage occurred. He applied to our homeowners insurance and we received a substantial settlement saving us thousands of dollars.

Removed old roofing and installed all new roofing including new vent covers etc. We were well pleased with the professional service from the office personnel to the installers and Bent who oversaw the project. We will recommend them to our neighbors.

Best roofing company and family owned! I decided what I wanted on a Wednesday, they pulled permits and started on a Monday, completed by the weekend! I had to wait a couple weeks for the gutters, but the whole job looks amazing and was a very competitive price! Their crew works hard morning until dark. I'm completely impressed with them and recommend them highly!

I recently had my roof in Winter Springs, FL replaced by NBS Roofing. I couldnâ t be more pleased with the roof, the work in progress, the cleanup, or the total customer experience. I know I will probably never have need of another roof replacement in my lifetime. In a way, itâ s a shame. When you find a company that operates honestly, efficiently and totally customer focused, you really want to do business with them again. So, I highly recommend NBS Roofing to you. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. I wish all my home project experiences were as good. I also dodged a bullet by not having my roof replaced by one of those companies that comes knocking at your door claiming they will find hail damage on your roof and your insurance company will pay for the new roof. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING! Do not let them on your roof. These companies are ruthless. I allowed one of these national companies on my roof. They claimed there was hail damage. There was no hail damage. I had the insurance adjuster come. Then I had other companies give me a quote. NBS Roofing was the only company that found all the problems the insurance adjuster found. And my insurance company liked working with NBSâ a roofing company they obviously trusted. There were no issues at all. NBS is a local company. They work with you. They follow up. Donâ t trust your roof or your peace of mind to those door-knocking companies. They donâ t care about you. Charlie, Crystal, Brent, and Tracy will guide you through the process. They live locally. They are nice, honest people. The NBS sign is still in front of my house. Iâ m pleased and proud to say my roof was installed by NBS Roofing. Do yourself a favor and call NBS Roofing. If you do, I think youâ ll pick them too.

had new roof install end march still have leaks if you want us to come back out there be $250.00 from oviedo to oviedo? Update: 10/08/2019R oof still same leak told was around the chimney area call them charlie said we can come back there$250 service call oviedo to oviedo ?guys he has working for him can not speak any English they pull my skylight from my bathroom put in the dumpster could not find it they charge me to replace the skylightcould not reach any one at the office.
