Very disappointing their sales rep who called himself the BOSS- when I asked to speak to his superior because of his lack of professionalism. And having been quoted one price and then charged another higher price. He would not come out to remeasure and show me why the price was increased by $800. I have to say his workers worked really hard even though they were given two different qualities of sod to install. Would never recommend this company with that type of customer service.

Aston was extremely helpful and very professional. The sod was replaced very quickly and professional and all the crew worked very hard. Our yard looks beautiful. I would definitely use Native Sun again.

Native Sun Outdoor helped us out when we found ourselves in a pickle. We had killed off the grass/weeds thinking we could rip it out and replace it in our own... we could not, we are not a young as we used to be. We had new sod coming in a 2 days and we were no where near ready! Phil came to the rescue and had Will out the next day to remove our dead grass and have us ready to lay new sod! Price was reasonable, even tough it was a last minute rush job squeezed into their schedule, worth every penny! Thank you for helping us out! We will definitely recommend and remember you for future work!

There was a complete lack of communication at almost every point in the process. Our yard was only 3/4 finished because they didn't have enough sod to finish and I had to call several times for an update over the week it took them to get the sod process. When I called the office manager was really rude and acted like I was bothering him when I asked for an update, even though I was told that someone would call me and no one did. He also acted like I was bothering him by asking questions. The space that was left around the trees is completely uneven, but it's was such a hassle, I'm not going to say anything.

The entire crew were great, kind and thoughtful. From the estimate to the complete project. Absolute professional outstanding work. Team was punctual and worked very well together and hard. We had sod installed, 10 trees, flowering plants put in along patio, hibiscus relocated, and river rock laid. We liked the constant good suggestions that were given since clearly we really didn't know what would work, they did. Reasonably priced, got the ENTIRE job done in one day and they always kept us in the loop. The backyard looks wonderful and I'm very proud to show it off and highly recommend them!

Unfortunately even companies with apparently good ratings you still have to be cautious and always supervise their work. Their bottom line is money and if they can cut corners and get away with it they will. Even though I was told that a sod cutter was going to be used to remove and prep the ground, this was only partially done. I had to literally pick up a shovel and finish the work myself. Even though the crew seemed friendly, management did not take my concerns seriously- not even wanting to see pictures/videos of the shoddy work

"Ariel, we're sorry for your 'poor' experience with our company, however we find it fair to add some context to your review of us. We made multiple attempts to resolve the issues you had with the job. Each attempt was met with another objection that strung the job out of the agreed upon scope of work. The crew working on your property and Management made multiple attempts to contact you, only to have communication made days later after our men corrected the reported issues. Every objection or issue was met with a response and action by us to try and satisfy your concerns. You were provided the services and materials within the agreed upon estimate, thus we called for 'final' payment, this is a regular business standard. To say we didn't take your concerns seriously, that we're only concerned with money, or cutting corners is simply unfair and untrue. We made attempts to make things right and are still interested in doing so if you are willing to cooperate and communicate with us. Otherwise, we wish you the best and will move forward."
