I knew I had a mouse problem when I bought my house, but did not realize I had a colony of bats in the crawl space. With so much else on my plate, and living three hours away from the house, I hired Tyler immediately, without even calling anyone else for a quote, although I thought the price was high. Tyler explained the steps he would take to get the bats out and seal up all the openings. We left Tyler a key. He contacted me after every visit to update me on what he'd found, and what stage of the plan he was up to. When he finished, he reminded me that he stood behind his work for a full year. Nine months later, I'm seeing the occasional mouse dropping in the basement. I texted Tyler, he came within days, found an opening behind the deck that he had missed, caught the little critter, and all is well. I'm very pleased with his reliability, and honesty. He has come several times, and really does stand behind his work. WORTH EVERY PENNY! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

We had 5 squirrels living in a section of the roof. Tyler came out right away and gave a fair price to remove the animals and make the repairs to the eaves and trim. He updated me every time he came out and did a quality job with the repairs. Super nice guy.
