Charged way too much for a deep clean that was limited by time instead of getting the job done. Had to hire someone else to actually do and finish the job.

We agreed on a price before they saw the list of items the rental company required. Once they saw the list, they increased their price by $150.00. I was on a tight schedule so I felt like they had me. They did a very nice job cleaning the house, but they charged even more on my debit card than the extra $150.00.

Two cleaners showed up the 1st time; did a thorough job. Pleasant and professional. 2nd visit, one cleaner was 15 min late, with no explanation; offered to reschedule, but we went ahead with the job.

I booked this cleaning through Angi list It was a 7 am appointment. Patricia called me and said she forgot she had a dr appointment and wanted to come at 11:00. We agreed on 10:00 Sh arrived at 12:00. I showed her what I wanted done and she showed up with a tiny stick vacuum and one of those swiffer type floor cleaner. I told her that would not work on my floors. I have dogs. I brought out my vacuum and mop bucket and cleaner and asked her to use that. I gave her some cleaning rags for cleaning the baseboards and blinds. I was in the back bedroom with my dogs during the cleaning to keep them calm. I got a text on my phone saying it was not on her list to clean baseboards and blinds ( but did not tell me this at the start. ). She just looked at me when I was talking about what I needed cleaning and said nothing. When I got her text I came out of the too I was in with my dogs and she was gone! When I looked at the job she had done. I was so angry! She didnâ t even clean my shower or shower doors. My bathtub was still dirty The shampoo bottles were never moved and my shower interior was dry. The shelves over my desk were not dusted My bedside tables were not dusted. My floors stil had dirt and spots on them. My stainless steel appliances were smeared where she â cleaned â them. Luckily I booked through Angi list and they are providing another appointment to get my cleaning done with another company for free This was a terrible experience and a waste of my whole day off from work!
