These folks did a great job maintaining our pool when we were getting ready to move.

They knew what they were doing. No pressure. Polite friendly and very good pricing.

Casey came out and looked at the ideas we had for a waterfall/pond. He did a mock up and we hired him. The project turned out just as we anticipated. I would recommend Casey and his crew for future projects.

Natural Creations Pools and their crew that remodeled my pool were on time, professional, friendly, helpful and I know I chose the right contractor for my remodeled swimming pool, patio and yard. It is amazing, I get so many compliments from neighbors, friends and family all wanting to come over for a BBQ and enjoy swimming, relaxing and sharing stories. I would recommend Casey for any job you may want done. If you have ever watched Television home improvement shows on swim pool remodels from this company if Florida, Casey is our local NW contractor equivalent and is just as creative. Hence the name Natural Creations! I highly recommend NC Pools and Casey.

I had a 30 plus Y.O. kidney shaped pool that was showing wear and tear, but the patio surround was in the poorest shape w/cracks, sinking and make shift sections of concrete replacements sadly needed. NW Pools performed a rock star job on breaking apart the old patio, reforming the current pool putting in a wading area for grand children all with their awesome natural stone looking overlay and new patio. Their commitment to my satisfaction and their ideas of what look to have were awesome. They were timely, honest and like family. They came in on budget and I believe I was fortunate to have had them do my job. I couldn't imagine I would have gotten a better price or better workmanship. Their attention to detail was amazing and kept the rest of my home and yard from disruptions in the course of their working. I was so impressed I did what I could to help and stay out of their way as they worked so hard. The least I could do was buy them lunch and provide water for what few breaks if any they took. They were driven and professional to the core. The pool and patio was just stained yesterday and is a few days they will come back to put the sealer on it all. After that the pool plaster in the bottom will be done with the new 5 color pool light installed. I have gotten so many compliments from friends, family and neighbors you would be amazed. This will be a big treat for us and for our new little grand babies to enjoy at Grandparents home. Owner of NW Pools said the kids may think that fish will be coming out of the rocks any minute as they swim underwater:) I also had Casey add some exterior patio formed boulders into the hillside to keep the beauty bark and dirt from migrating to the patio, good idea Casey. He also made a step up to a dive jump into pool rock and few symmetrical stones on the patio to conceal some electrical outlets conduits rising from the patio and sitting stones for Moms to watch their children from along the pools edge. We would highly recommend Casey and his family crew to our friends for any jobs.

Casey and his team really care about their customers and the product/service they offer. A swimming pool project is complex, with many steps to complete. In my project, we had demolition/removal, gas pipe set-up, electrical, fire pit construction, pool structure preparations, plaster specialist, concrete delivery, and then the artistic formation of the pool deck, coping, sides, and bottom. The team coordinated the resources needed (subcontractors), educated me on the process with patience, kept me informed of what to expect every step of the way and were highly responsive to my feedback and the changes I made to the plan along the way. I'd work with them again and highly recommend them, their creative talent, and the beautiful results. While they could make any kind of pool, they create resort-like pools for your home. You will end up with a unique pool and one that you, your friends and family will enjoy for many, many years to come. Wonderful! Call them.

I have to really hand it to these guys: when you let them know you don't like something, they bend over backward to fix it or make it right however they can. And Casey, the owner, has gone the extra mile by hiring a company to keep an eye on their reviews and feedback on the company in order to let them know where improvements can be made. To me, that's the mark of a true professional who is passionate about his craft: always looking for ways to do things better. We had some problems with the way the job was being done, and by the time the spa was completed Casey had addressed them and fixed the items that, for one reason or another, weren't configured quite right or didn't seem to work well consistently. The only reason my rating of the value for money spent isn't a 5 is because the job did go over over budget; that's the way it is and not something that can be fixed, but I think both we and the contractor learned from the experience. The work he does is lovely and the concrete "boulders" look so natural; they've gotten a lot of comments! Knowing what I now do about Casey's renewed commitment to excellence and customer service, I would unhesitatingly recommend him if you want something unique and beautiful in the way of a pool or spa.

Unwilling to fulfill contract agreement that started in Aug 2007, we paid some of the items at front and they have not being deliver, sent subcontractor without owner approval and without a contract, unable to coordinate all phases of subcontractor as specified on Natural Creations contract, unable to come to work due to other new commitments that have higher value to his business and unable to get parts in a timely manner for his broken equipment�, dishonest behavior on work that was done. UPDATE: We have resolved the issues with the company and we are happy with the work.
