Highly recommend! My wife and I were in a strict budget after purchasing our first home and quickly realized installing new floors was going to be more work than we anticipated. We contacted Frank and he came out that day to measure and speak with us and gave us a quote in our kitchen that day (much much cheaper than all others). Once we hired them, they worked quickly and with amazing skill and we could not be more happy with the final result. Our floors looks incredible and we are so happy we hired Natural Flooring for the job. Frank always responded to emails within minutes and answered any question in detail. They even went above and beyond for us many times throughout the process.

Beautiful hardwood floors, expertly installed, worth every dime. Recommended them to the pre school at our church, they are also thrilled with the quality and beauty

WOW! What a company! Frank came out very promptly and met with us, answered all of our questions, and had a truckful of samples that we could select from. Once we made the selection and he did the measurements (our first meeting - so nice to have it all done during one meeting), he executed the contract, ordered the materials and had his crew start the job. We had 1100 square feet of old, ugly, white carpeting ripped up and replaced with gorgeous handscraped walnut in only three days! The crew worked very tirelessly, moved all of the furniture and put it back into place, and my house now looks amazing! Phenomenal, incredible!

I couldn't be happier with the work that was done. I was so satisfied that I recommended them to my brother and needless to say he hired them too. They were giving me suggestions and options but Frank was never pushy. He waited until I made the decison to hire them and was ready to begin work the next day after I informed him so! They did a better job than the flooring that were installed prior. The estimate he quoted me was very competitive and spot on. Great job!

The owner and the workers who showed up to do the flooring project in our home were all top notch. They worked very efficiently and did a great and very clean job installing laminate flooring in three bedrooms, and because we were in a rush they were able to do the work completely in just one day. I give them 5 stars because I would highly recommend them. Thank you!!!

They came when they said they would and it wasn't at the crack of dawn. They finished the project that day and even did a couple of things that they didn't have to just to make the floor look better. They tried to clean up well but I was in a hurry and so they had to leave before they completed that part. The guys were friendly and hard working. Though they spoke little English, we manage or we called Frank to clarify something.

Quick and efficient. We moved most of our funiture outside, leaving the big pieces which they moved from side to side. That allowed them to finish our enitre house wilth wood laminate and tile in the two bathrooms in two days! Love our floors!!! Glad we selected Frank and his team from Natural Flooring:)

Very professional!!! Well worth the price. Results were amazing! They especially did a GREAT job with all the trim which couldn't have been easy given the shape of our living room.

Frank Wu did an awesome job of communicating with me. We did the majority of the initial communication over email and this was very advantageous for me. I emailed him pics and specs and he replied with his portfolio of the work he had done. I was able to get some ideas on how I wanted our wood stairs to look. Before installation he came by in person to check the job site out and to match the bamboo for our stairs. Highly recommend.

Their communication with setting up an appointment and scheduling the job was great. Frank is very knowledgeable and their pricing was GREAT! The job came out perfect and we are very happy we chose Natural Flooring.

My wife and I really liked working with Frank and his crews. The price was very good and the workmanship was excellent and done quickly. My only complaint is that the crew worked a bit too quickly in that things got a tad sloppy. Not the finished product of workmanship. That was fine but clean up left a bit to be desired. Don't get me wrong, I would use these guys any time. Cleanup issues are very correctable. Frank is a professional and a gentleman.

Completed a small but complicated project on time and no price changes. Frank was excellent and handled the 2 or 3 phone calls to explain the project. He is an expert in flooring. Recommend highly!!

This company is fantastic! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. The only downfall is that the workers do not speak English and so it's difficult to communicate while they are working. The FLOORS are amazing. They did it in budget and EARLY !!! and they could not look better. Truly excellent work. The reason they didn't get 5 stars is that they weren't very careful moving things around and actually broke one piece of furniture (though I doubt they were aware of it - it wasn't particularly obvious). They also didn't put tarps down over anything so it was dusty for weeks! I will hire them again, though. I'll just cover everthing up!
