They never call me back, they have not done the job yet.

This customer contacted my company for bird removal, this is a service we do not provide. I told Justine this on 1/3 and explained why we couldnt help her and even recommended another company. She then left this review. There was never any work agreed upon or discussed. HomeAdvisor has no way for us to remove bird control as a service we provide (it groups bird and bat removal). Its a shame a rating like this can get left. I ask any potential customers to look at our multitude of other 5-star reviews as a refection of our professionalism and customer service.

I was disappointed in the contractor. He said he was going to do one thing and did not do it.

With that being said everything we said we were going to do was done, it was you who decided to not get the work done after agreeing to the work. We even refunded you the amount agreed upon by you and myself with a check that you cashed Feb 12th. Once again I am sorry that you feel this way but I must say that we did everything agreed upon.

I received a call from Tom Campbell (Natural Roots) even before I had finished looking for Wildlife Removal on the Home Advisor Website. He came to my house later that day. We have had a family of raccoons living in a storm drain across the street for some time, but after I saw one lying on a step in my yard that ran toward me in broad daylight, I wanted them gone. Tom set traps and screened attic windows on the outside (already screened on the inside) to prevent raccoon entry. Although we have not captured any raccoons, I am impressed by the knowledgeable, professional service and willingness to help of the Natural Roots company.
