We truly appreciate the wonderful customer service from the folks at Natural State Design. We needed to have a shower head replaced, and they were able to get us a new one by returning the one they had gotten for us a few months ago. They took the time to do all this for us and didn't charge us. We are so grateful to them!

Jeremy was super easy to work with! Got the job done in a timely manner and worked efficiently through some unexpected findings in and under the area we were working on. The sod is perfectly laid. We can't wait to enjoy it!

I had a lot of projects to complete in my condo. Part of my drywall had been really beaten up and needed repair. J.D. matched the texture of the wall extremely well and the paint matched perfectly. They repaired some of my cabinets, a light fixture, installed a new vanity, a new window A.C. and installed some new molding. They were very conscientious of my budget and were willing to price shop for my A.C. and my new bathroom vanity. J.D. made sure that everything was done correctly. All the work he completed looks fantastic. Natural State was able to complete a wide array of different projects. I also have to say, Jeremy and J.D. were easily the most professional, polite and transparent contractors I have ever hired in almost a decade of homeownership. I will hire again and I highly recommend.

We had a very challenging small project and Jeremy did a great job tackling it. Our kitchen drawer sliders broke and it was such a small project I had difficulty getting someone willing to repair it. It took longer than I anticipated, but he diligently kept looking for a solution. And we're very happy to have a working drawer again.

Jeremy and JD have been great to work with! Their estimates are very thorough and fair. They really take the time to explain what they will be doing. Then when they do the work, they are very quick and neat and the project is done right the first time. The installed an evap cooler and have done a number of other handyman projects and they have done a great job on them all! I would highly recommend!

We have used him for quite a few things and he has done an amazing job. First job I needed a custom hanging rack like a bar to hang clothes on. He came out to install it, it hung from the ceiling, he was very professional about it and really quick. We have called him since then to repair our door that was not working right, fixed our drain, he helped us out with landscaping, a little of anything and everything. He has been amazing, very detail oriented, he is a little OCD about everything to make sure it was done right, which is great because I am too so I really appreciate that.
