This review is long, but absolutely necessary to explain the amazing service and skill that Natural Stone Design offered to us. I am a hard sell when it comes to picking out custom items and spending a lot of money. I am very indecisive because of fear of picking the wrong color or choice and hating it later. I mean, we have not upgraded anything, other than a new faucet, in our home for 20 years. And even that was tough for me to decide on. I have wanted a new kitchen for some time. (See my inspiration photo last.) After I finally decided to move forward with upgrading the kitchen, I did my due diligence and got 3 estimates on countertops. NSD was the absolute best on pricing and customer service. Very quick to respond. Alberto was great to work with. I am very picky and honestly have OCD, so let me applaud Alberto for being so very patient with me. I entered the showroom to select the stone and of course, I had to see everything. I just couldn't say I loved a stone until the very last one. The Mykonos Quartzite. Well, my husband always says I can walk in and pick the most expensive thing out and not even see the price tags. Yep, I did. But, this stone and I were meant to be together. Love is a strong word when it comes to a woman's kitchen. And this stone, I LOVED at first site. Well worth every cent by the way. I had a lot of questions, many delays on my end, waiting on my carpenter to remove the step up bar and bread box thingamajig in the corner and Alberto was so very patient and always responded when I checked in. When I was finally ready for them to do the laser measurement, he was right on task for me. Finally the day came. It was COUNTERTOP INSTALL DAY. I was so excited but also really worried (#OCD). Cruz was the lead installer and he was fabulous. He and the crew worked efficiently and careful. It was a perfect install experience. No hiccups. Everything was perfect. Alberto even checked in afterwards and came by for extra caulk on a couple of small places I noticed the next day (again #OCD). I highly recommend using Natural Stone Design and my master bath is next and I am not even hesitating to call them for the job. Thank you Alberto and Cruz and the staff of NSD. I know we all got to know each other pretty well with my visits and questions, so thank you for tolerating this hard-to-please customer who is PLEASED beyond words. You all went above and beyond and once I have my cabinets painted, I will have the perfect kitchen. Thank you!

My home was severely damaged from Hurricane Florence and had to be gutted. I did a lot of research in the Wilmington area for quality work, cost-effectiveness, and my feel for the company Natural Stone was by far the most cost-efficient, friendliest, beautiful work, and very prompt with fulfilling your request. I would recommend this company over any company in the area. They want you to be satisfied and will make sure that you are. The staff at the company office is very friendly, helpful, and professional. From the gentlemen that come to measure to the ones who actually install, the quality, professionalism, and care for not only what you have purchased but also your home furnishing was exemplary. 5-star company

I worked with James during the process of building and renovating. I was beyond impressed with his knowledge of the products and the time he took to show me around the selection. He was honest, easy to talk to, trustworthy right from the start and an all around stand-up guy. I also received excellent service from his front office staff and installers on the day of installation. My countertops are BEAUTIFUL!! I get so many compliments on them! I couldn't have been happier with our choice to go with Natural Stone Design for this major project!

I worked with James at Natural Stone Design. He has a great work ethic and was always available to answer any questions. He provided me with detailed information and demonstrated how to provide excellent customer service. The ladies in the office were also great in regards to helping with design options. Everyone was super polite and friendly. The granite is also AMAZING!!

If you get a deeper sink installed, be prepared to pay more money to have your garbage disposal reinstalled after the work. I recommend going with their plumber unless you have a reliable and qualified one yourself.

We had a wonderful experience with Leo and his team of professionals. The attention to detail in designing and installing our marble in the kitchen, laundry and master bath was unsurpassed. This is the 5th granite installation we have had and this was by far our best experience. Their showroom is 1st class, unlike any other I have seen. You know when you walk in that you are dealing with a group that are proud of there work and want your business. When they say they are going to show up...they slow up right on time.

Rogelio, was the reason we purchased new Granite Countertops for our kitchen. Call us on a Sunday, came out on a Tuesday and Wednesday we went to the showroom to select the Slab of Granite we would get. We then went in the back to see the fabrication area, were the cuts would be made. One week later the countertops, were installed on time and without exception. Great team work between Rogelio and his installers. They look gust great, so glad we went with, NATURAL STOBE DESIGN CORPORATION. Price was right, and the quality of Granite was spot on. Would highly recommef them, for a job well done.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😀

This company was excellent in sales and in installation of counter tops. Plan to order again when we do bathroom.

They were honestly just great....that's all I can say!! I had them do the counters for my kitchen, extra bath and master. They got creative with their measurements and fit all of the counters out of 2 slabs so I didn't have to pay for a third and have scraps. They also were challenged with getting an entire kitchen counter up 4 flights of stairs in my Downtown Raleigh condo and they literally made magic happen. I should have posted a long time ago but wanted to make sure I did.
