Professional work done well

I needed tuck pointing on my brick house. Micah came and looked at what needed to be done and gave me a very fair bid, and I scheduled the work. I had to delay because of Covid-19, and he was very accommodating. When I finally had the resources to do the work, he scheduled it, and had his employees, Spencer, come and do the work. Spencer was very professional, and he worked hard. The areas have been fixed, just as Micah promised. I'm very happy to have this done well, and for a fair price.

Our front sandstone steps were failing and needed to be repaired prior to winter. Micah, although booked through the fall, provided an estimate and fit the repair in prior to the end of the season much to our relief. Not only did he provide options (full reconstruction or repair), he did not place any pressure on the decision (repair). The work was completed over two days and the steps not only look great, we are no longer afraid of people using them. We will use Natural Stone Masonry again (if needed) and do not hesitate to recommend them.

We had an exterior brick planter about 20 feet long that was in need of a cosmetic upgrade. We decided on brick veneer and a bluestone cap rather than a complete tear down and rebuild. Micah was the only contractor to respond to our request for bids and he did so almost within 24 hours. His bid was very reasonable and he and his colleague Spencer were courteous, cordial and professional. They were able to undertake the project almost immediately in very difficult weather conditions by removing three feet of snow from the worksite and erecting a heated tented area over the site. Micah was easy to work with and exhibited an exceptional level of craftsmanship. Could not have had a better experience or outcome.

Good work

The owner, Micha, adjusted his schedule to accommodate me as my house was going on the market to sell. Spencer, his employee, did the actual work. I could not have asked for a more pleasant or professional person.

We had a minor issue with one part of the (very old!) wall after the work was done. Micah sent someone out to fix it right away and was wonderful to work with during the whole process. He was also very flexible with scheduling despite our chaotic schedules. I cannot recommend this team enough!
