It helps to be very clear about what is to be accomplished. . . I liked the safety precautions when the crew came for the follow up. . . When the work is incomplete, the office needs to be more attentive to rescheduling and options. . . Towards the end of the job, I needed to point out to some branch that needed to be cut down some more. I am usually very concerned for safety needs of workers on the job and how the finished job will be in the future, including safety. . . Mr. Angel Bautista did a good job in explaining the condition of the tree, and after some discussion we were able to iron out the problems . . . Pending the payment of bill regarding the neighbor's broken lantern at the entrance--which has been fixed--I am looking forward to calling this job complete. And perhaps ask for additional service in the near future.

Called NWT to clear out a large fallen pine tree which was entangled in the telephone cables and hanging over my retaining wall. They did a great job clearing the tree and trying to preserve what was left of my garden. Cleared all the debri within a few hours.

They drove all the way from Valley to my house near LAX. Boris came first for estimate and then him and his team came for the actual trimming later. Both time they were on time and even earlier. Cleaned up really well afterwards. Highly recommended.

5 star service! This was the best, most surprisingly good experience we have had with a local contractor. We would gladly use them again. We called Natural Wonders Trees Inc for an estimate. We agreed for them to come over to our house, and within hours of our phone call, they had given us a complete estimate. The estimator explained in detail how his crew would tackle the large and complicated tree removal in front of our house. We received other estimates, from other companies but Natural Wonders Trees, Inc. was the lowest bid in our area. . They scheduled the job within a week. The crew arrived on time. They coordinated with the neighbors what was needed, as our tree impacted both properties. They were personable and efficient. The speed and diligence with which the crew removed the tree and ground the tree stump was amazing. They were through with the job within hours, and you could see they worked in synch together very well. What we thought would take all day, or at least two day’s for the job to be completed.; was finished within 6 hours. The clean up for both our house and our neighbor’s house was well done. The estimate they gave us was accurate, no overcharges, and no change orders. They gladly accepted major credit cards, and did not charge us an additional amount that waivered from the original estimate they gave us. We would highly recommend them. They did a phenomenal job and exceeded expectations.

I haven't had good success getting my tall palm trees trimmed properly until now. They did a great job on the trees but left some of the scraps around the yard and in my "recycling" can.

Natural Wonders Trees, was recommend to me from Service Advisors. The work involved getting a large Pine tree that had died, cut down in our back yard. Also, the tree was right on the edge of a drop off into a canyon, so it was tricky to get the cut branches to land on the flat area of the yard. I did get 4 bids from other Tree Contractors. Natural Wonders was not the cheapest, but very reasonable. They were very professional and personable. From Boris, who came out to give me the quote, to the office that scheduled the work, to the crew that came out and did the work. The tree was large. 60 feet + tall, and they sent out a crew of 5, plus a truck of a couple of guys to haul away everything. The crew was great. The foreman was excellent. He explained everything, and was excellent at directing his guys. All the work was done in 4-1/2 hours, with everything cleaned up and hauled away. I highly recommend this Company for any Tree work, and will definitely use them again.
