Doug was good to work with and even went the extra mile to cut our extra kitchen backsplash tile for us for free since they had a wet saw. It helped us finish our kitchen. Tile installation was great and it looks beautiful

I was in tough spot because my original hired company shut down for 2 most. I went out to HA and 4 companies were matched to me. 2 came out quickly and measured and estimated right on the spot. NaturaStone won out by integrity. They stood behind everything they promised and were efficient and fast. Doug was amazing. He showed interest and care in what I was saying and just backed it up the whole time. I would highly recommend them.

Would not hire this company again. We hired them to replace some of the wood framing (under the counter top) around the sink and install a new stone counter top with under mount sink (I provided the faucet since I had already purchased one from home depot). The owner (Doug) worked with us on scheduling constraints to view the remnant slabs he had in his yard on a weekend. However the workers did not understand that they were to replace supporting wood around the sink prior to installing the new countertop and their limited English made it difficult. They left the job and when I got home to inspect it (my husband was there during install): we came across several problems: 1) there were just two holes at the bottom of my double sink (no stopper or anything installed -just raw cut outs of two holes at the bottom of the sink; - I had to purchase these parts from home depot after the install 2) The workers took my original sink and faucet with them without asking me!- these were relatively new and fully functional - and I had intentions for them to be used elsewhere; They also took the bracket for the garbage disposal and when the plumber came to lower the plumbing for the under mount sink, we had to go buy the bracket at home depot 3) one of the pieces of stone place between the stove and panty (about the width of a single door cabinet) was left with an unfinished edge facing up- so it is visibly a raw cut edge that is not sanded/polished like the rest of the counter top 4) about a few weeks later as I happened to squat down in front of the sink to get to the back of the cabinet underneath, I noticed light shining through a long gap along the front between the counter and cabinet - I had to purchase wedges to fill and support the stone properly-this is when I realized if I could see light coming thru: there was no caulking sealing the sink to the counter 5) The caulking/silicone was only placed along the far side of the sink only (which is the only side you see standing over it) I placed a mirror in the sink to find out NO caulking/silicone sealed one of the sides and along the front border : so water was getting sprayed and wetting the supporting wood that we just replaced! Again: back to the store to get silicone and made a mess trying to put it in myself So disappointed in this company!

They delivered the product ahead of schedule and installation was done flawlessly. All questions and calls were returned or answered quickly.

We looked at several different places before choosing Naturastone for our kitchen remodel. They were very patient with us from the beginning. Our kitchen remodel was a major undertaking and the countertops and backsplashes had to be perfect. Having a chef in the house brought a sense of professionalism to the project and Naturastone did not disappoint us. They had options for us to consider that none of the others even thought of. The custom book case for my wife’s many cookbooks is an amazing feature. The pull out plugs that are out of sight when not being used eliminated the need to cut holes in the backsplash. I’ve been told by a couple of realtors that I have the best kitchen in the neighborhood. I’ll be using them again for my two bathroom remodels when the time comes.
