Tim and crew built a wonderful and beautiful deck. They were courteous, professional, and gave us great results. The professional finishes on the deck provide a beautiful look. Everyone that has seen our new deck asks if they can take pictures. We are very happy that we chose Nature-Craft Custom Builders!

Tim and his crew were excellent. They did everything they said they would do, when they promised to do it. Tim understood my vision for our deck project and was always ready to recommend ways to bring that vision to life. He lent his practical experience to the original plan, which was invaluable. Overall, the deck and privacy wall turned out even better than I had envisioned with his partnership. If Tim said that they'd arrive by 9am, they got here at 8:50 to set up, and were ready to work by 9. This was consistent over the many weeks that his crew were on site. Tim worked through an unusual snag with my town's permit & inspection department with grace, and made me feel confident about its positive outcome. He sweats the details, which means everything to me. He's an amazing communicator, and kept me up to date on all parts of the process at all times. In short, he is the exact opposite of everything I fear about working with contractors. A couple more points that were incredibly important to me: Tim and his guys were extremely respectful of my home. They understood that this is more than just a worksite -- it's where my family and I live. They were friendly with my kids, and were always willing to explain the work to them. My boys liked them so much that they shared popsicles with Tim and the guys on one particularly hot day. I feel truly fortunate to have worked with Tim, Joel and Austin. My husband and I plan to work with them again on more projects this winter.

You can't hire a better contractor. Tim and his team were on time, worked hard, cleaned up and were very pleasant. In addition to building steps from our higher deck and building a lower deck, they also replaced our old brick steps at the same time. Excellent work in both cases. Definitely recommend. We will hire him again for some inside projects.

Tim Nash is the company owner and he gets personally involved in the quotation and in the actual works. He is a great guy, very outspoken, always available for advice and, above all, he and his team know their business like not many others. They built a complete cedar deck of 5.300 sq. ft and replaced a bay window for us in less than 3 working days at a very reasonable price. They are genuine craftsmen, unlike so many others that pretend they know it all and simply want your money - we have seen too many of those where one guy comes to take the measures for a quote, then another team comes to execute with no passion. Tim is a passionate man !

Work was done in a timely and professional manner. Cedar deck, and we were pleased with how it looked. Came back the next day as requested to take care of the electrical outlet.
