With the exception of one woman I spoke with, everyone was exceptionally polite and helpful. This woman told me they can't guarantee when the unit would be delivered. There were time constraints because of parades and the fact that I had to meet the driver to show where the unit was to be placed and put a padlock on the unit so it would be unused until Mardi Gras Day. I finally asked for Rick, who has been wonderful and helpful throughout the whole process, as was the driver of the truck who delivered the unit. I would use this company again.

Although they were the only service I received the called early the next morning. I got cold feet because I never received a response that quick before so I was a little leery. But after thinking about it a while I called them back and set a schedule for them to drop off the port a let and a dumpster. They were prompt and they have offered t he service just as stated over the phone. They are so good the contractor working on my house is thinking about using them. They are number one in my book. I definitely would refer them to another person doing work in the home. Plus, I found their prices reasonable. Thank you for the help.
