The tree removal work was very good. tree trimming was not done. I asked for a meeting said would get back with me never did. I needed to get trees cleaned up around pool cage to alleviate the debris problem. I still have the problem.

We were extremely pleased with the tree job performed by Nature s cut. Paul was professional, patient, and courteous. It is hard to find businesses that price fairly and get the job done in a timely manner and the right way! We couldn t be happier with Paul and everyone at Natures cut!

I contacted Paul several months ago for an estimate to remove 2 large trees and to stump grind. Initially, he was very responsive. Unfortunately, his follow-through was poor. The following are 3 areas where I was disappointed: 1)The cleanup was marginal. I spent several hours cleaning up the debris and prepping it for trash pick up. I am 62 years old and paid $3,200. 2) Paul and I decided not to stump grind one of the tree stumps because the machine would have caused too much property damage. The solution was to leave the stump and carve out the center to make a large flower pot. Paul asked for 2 months so the tree stump could dry out. He assured me I would not have to follow up. Unfortunately, I did have to follow up. The first worker he sent did not have the proper tools or skills. The second worker got the job done and the clean up was good. I found it bothersome I had to stay on Paul to get this done. 3)My neighbor hired Paul based on my recommendation to trim a large oak tree. Since Paul would be back in the neighborhood, I asked if he would cut out a section of an exposed root at the large tree stump *flower pot* on my property. He said he would take care of it. PAUL DID NOT TAKE CARE OF IT. HE SAID HE CAME OVER TO MY PROPERTY AND COULD NOT FIND THE EXPOSED ROOT. REALLY?? HE DID MY WORK. HE KNEW THE LOCATION OF THE 2 TREES. HE KNEW ABOUT THE CARVED OUT FLOWER POT. I DO NOT BELIEVE HE CAME OVER TO MY PROPERTY. THIS IS DISAPPOINTING. My neighbor asked Paul to return to help w/the cleanup on his property. He had the same cleanup problem I had. The reason for this problem is there was not an on-site supervisor. Paul was not present during the cleanup. I articulated to Paul the *small* stuff is *important* stuff, too. He replied he was very busy, worked long hours, and had 10 employees working for him. His problem, not the customers. No excuse. Paul is very young. I believe he is well-intended and perhaps overextended. Paul said he is *trying*. My advice to him was to keep *trying*. A 3.5-star rating is above average. He could have easily received a 5-star rating if his workers did a thorough clean up and if he would have initiated the follow-up work w/o having to be reminded. Paul has a good work ethic and good equipment. I sense he is just overextended. An easy solution for Paul is to always have an on-site supervisor present to ensure quality work.

They did a great job, however when I tried to call them later no one would return my call.

I was so impressed with these guys at first. Big crew, great attitudes, hard workers. I had several trees trimmed and one removed. They came out on Wednesday and were supposed to return on Friday to grind the stump. I already paid them in full - big mistake, I should know better. I went through a week of excuses and 3 no call-no show appointments before they finally came back - unannounced. At first, I was so impressed that I said I would not mention the two big mistakes they made. However, after careful consideration, I think it is important that potential customers know that the same mistake was made twice, both times causing damage. I am truly disappointed. I really had high hopes for these guys.

An amazing service! Nature s Cut removed two large palms from my back yard in an afternoon. Quick, dependable work for a reasonable price. Can t beat that.

I needed shell spread for my driveway due to all the heavy rain we have been getting, Dominic came out and delivered 20 yards in a MASSIVE TRAILER!! Was more than I needed but we made good use of it and there was no extra charge! Very easygoing company and easy to work with! Communication was on point and will recommend to all my friends!

Some issues with scheduling, but overall it was ok

Initial response good. Arrived within one hour of initial call to company. Dominic stated just call if you need stump grounded more. We called next day and every work day for 4 days. Finally came out today , one week after initiating phone request. I should have checked Home Advisor market cost for one hour of stump grinding one tree. We paid $100 over and that was after negotiation of $50 less.

They were on time and offered a great solution to a root problem and were prepared to carry it out on the spot. Great people!

They were at our door within 10 minutes of the phone call, and had the job completed within 15 minutes! Very courteous and respectful service, I would definitely hire them again and I will forward their business card to anyone who is in need of tree service work.

Nature's cut were hardworking and affordable. They have many layers of expertise and are a one stop shop for landscaping, plumbing and electrical services. Dominic and Paul made sure I was satisfied with their work. I would not hesitate to recommend or hire them again.

They are good and thorough.

These 3 guys were super. When they were done cutting down one tree and triming another there was not one leaf or twig left behind. Clean up was A plus. Price was extremely reasonable. Will use them again.

I sent pictures of trees to be removed. Paul called me with a quote that was extremely reasonable. Removed the tree the next day I was unable to be there but when I got home the tree was gone and the area looked great !! Two Australian pines at least 100 Ft. tall.
