I arranged with them to plow my driveway several days after a large snow storm. I had to make several calls to get a response and then wait another couple of days while they got me an estimate (based on looking at google maps to see how big the driveway was). They gave me a price which I agreed to, then called to say there was more snow on the driveway than they expected and needed to charge me more. I agreed to the higher price, but when I arrived at the house the following week, I found they had only plowed part of the driveway. I called to speak to them, but only got voice mail. Left messages and never heard back. Their bill arrived and I tried calling again both to discuss the work that had been done and because they had promised on several occasions to send me their rates (since the rates depend on how much snow has fallen). They finally called back wanting to know where their check was. I explained why I had not sent it yet (it had arrived in the mail 10 days earlier) and asked if the rate was supposed to be for the whole driveway. The representative said "yes" but when I pointed out they had not plowed to the garage (which is at the front of the house and clearly visible), he said he didn't know they were supposed to. I told him it was clearly shown on google maps and that by not plowing to the garage, my trash could not be picked up. He didn't care and just wanted his money. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I told him I would send him the check and would be glad never to deal with his company again.

They came early and in a few hours they removed all my trees, shrubs, and flowers down to the roots and covered the ground with mulch. I am very pleased with their work. I would recommend them.

Meeting Ernie DeMuth for the first time, he was kind and listened to what my needs were. He perform his first visit professionally and I am hoping it continues.

Definitely five stars -- they do good work. He's very easily accessible whenever you need to get in touch with him. He was able to get in there very quick, I asked him when he was able to come, and he was able to do it a few days later. Everything was very precise with the work.

Ernie was on time with excellent customer service and does the work to completion. The day and age not many lawn professionals do NOT take pride in what they do! Ernie and his crew do.
