Five stars are just not enough stars to rate Jake and his work. He's well over the top mark! From the first time we met with Jake to discuss the job, we knew that he was the guy we wanted to hire. We had Nature's Touch install almost 1000 feet of laminate. If we had more floors that needed to be done, Nature's Touch / Jake would be the first call. First of all, the work (and workmanship) is excellent. Jake took the time to ensure that all the little nooks and crannies were carefully measured and cut to match the flow of the rest of the flooring. Second, Jake is everything you hope to get in a contractor. Good communication, on time, neat and clean workspace, no debris left around. Estimated the project at 3 1/2 days; finished in 3.

Floors were put in a few days ago. They look awesome. Jake was easy to work with and very accommodating to our busy schedule. They finished a day early, only a 2 day project but was nice to get it all done in 1.

Give itemized quote so it is clear what you are paying for and the cost of each job. There is no last minute surprise extra cost. Also finishing the job one day early. good experience and job done well.

Because of timing, had to change my DIY laminate install into a for-hire job. Everything was installed on-time with a minimum of fuss. The job went smoothly and the results look great.

Did the work on the scheduled date, did a great job on the install, including board selection throughout the room. Said it would take a day and it was done in a day. Good advice was given on floor care as well.

Jake and Gary were so great to work with! They installed congolium vinyl planks in our main level, about 650 square feet. It looks absolutely amazing, and their work is flawless. They were punctual, explained every step in detail and had it finished in a day and a half. There was a section where our subfloor was uneven and the boards were squeaking, and without any hesitation they removed the floor and fixed the spot. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again for future projects!

Jake came to our condo and assessed our needs to install new laminate flooring we had already purchased. His quote to do the job was fair. It also broken down the job showing us things we could do ourselves in order to save money. We decided to remove the old flooring and polyurethane new baseboards ourselves. This saved us a good amount. Jake and Gary showed up right on time to start the work. They provided great communication and updates after each day. It was supposed to take four days to complete the job. These guys did it in three finishing a day early!! The floors look fantastic. Their attention to detail is superb. We highly recommend Nature’s Touch and would hire them again.

Nature's Touch flooring were my installers of my Bamboo flooring last spring. I was amazed with Jake and Gary's work ethic, professionalism and in particular their attention to detail! I am very picky and a little OCD on the small details which met all my expectations. I diffently would hire again and refer them to others.
