Delavilla Cleaning Service

DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY ? SUSPECTED THEFT I had a large amount of cash in an envelope in my kitchen drawer, which I personally saw around 8 PM the night before cleaning. I left at 10:30 AM so five cleaning staff could work and returned around 1:30 PM. The entire envelope was gone. No one had been in my home during that timeframe other than these five women. When I told the owner, Natalie, she immediately became defensive and insisted her employees would never steal. She did not attempt to question her staff or investigate. I asked the women to return, which took over an hour. Police were contacted, and a report was filed regarding suspected theft involving all five women. The facts: the money was there before they arrived, five employees were inside my home while I was gone, and when I returned, it was gone. I trusted this company. That trust was violated, and the owner?s response made things worse. I strongly recommend NOT booking this company or leaving valuables unattended.
