Scott was wonderful to work with- is evident his enthusiasm for what he does is true. He came in higher than others, but he worked with us to fit our budget and I'm confident that by going with Naudio, we received much better service and will receive great follow up if ever needed, than any of the other companies we looked into. I had an existing custom home theater system that needed upgrading. I asked for hardware recommendations and was presented with a professional proposal. Scott gave me excellent advice on what to upgrade on my system and I am very happy with the new components and functionality. He is very knowledgeable and he and his crew had everything installed and tested in about 2 hours. Great customer service and I highly recommend this business for your home technology project.

The owner Scott is very knowlegable, personable and provides great customer service. Unfortunately the Lady of the house gave the wave off on getting the TV placed above the fireplace at the last minute due to lack of charm concerns. Scott was very understanding and came in with a very reasonable price for labor and electrical work.

My wife and I bought our first home over the summer, and I wanted a Smart Home. We contacted Naudio and spoke with Scott. Scott came over to our house and discussed the options with us. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We ended up hiring Naudio, and Iâve havenât been this pleased with a company for quite a while. We contacted Naudio for help with our home theater. We had another local installer walked away from the job. Naudio came over and told us what was done and what wasn't. They gave us a fair price to get everything completed. When they were done, I wished we had hired them in the first place. The room exceeded my expectations.
