Great experience, a little pricey for a job i found out i could have done myself in 15 mins for 100 dollar part.

Naugle installed my furnace about 10 years ago and that was fine. But in recent years my experience of their service has gone downhill. Last heating season I called them to do service, and to be fair it was during an extreme cold snap. The rep on the phone said they were swamped with emergencies and would call me back. I gave it a few days and called again, and again was told they would call me back. I never heard from them. Her manner on the phone was unpleasant, as if to say, "I *told* you we'd call you, why are you bothering me?". Recently when my furnace got much louder, sounding like it was about to quit any minute, I called shortly before business hours and left a message. They took so long to call me back that by then I'd decided to try the competition, and was very happy I did. The other guys came out within a couple hours, got the part and installed it the same day, and charged a very reasonable amount, actually less than I expected based on my encounters with Naugle's service.

I had 3 estimates & Naugle Plumming & Heating gave me a written contract with exactly what I ordered unlike the other 2 companies.

Naugle’s service technician showed up on time & preformed routine maintenance on our oil burning furnace in a professional manner. Cost was as quoted & reasonable. Best of all, he did not try to sell any unneeded services or parts. In other words, he is honest. Thanks Greg.

They were prompt and fixed the problem. It was very expensive ($785 parts and labor for about five hours of work) though this may simply be the going rate for such a service.

Would never recommend Naugle Plumbing. They are way too expensive...

Fast work, friendly, offered me options, very clear about price, and price was competitive. I am very happy.

$225 just to install a copper water line for icemaker that I did most of the work for. Plumber didn't have many nice things to say about the "boss". Plumber did a great job though. Just way too costly!

great people very understanding of my position

The service man was very quick and had our furnace running. Explained what he was doing and what the problem was and offered solutions to other questions I had regarding the furnace. I would and did recomend him to my neighbor.

What the woman said on the phone was nothing that happened when the contractor came to my home. He charged me a trip rate of $43.00 just to tell me he couldn't do the job! Not my idea of a great plumber! No thanks!

The problem with the plumber was timeliness, it was arranged to be done on an afternoon between 12 and 4. At 3:30 a call came saying that they were behind in schedule, could they come the next morning. The next morning at 8:30 the plumber called and said that he was on his way. An hour and a half later I called the contractor and asked what the problem was, and he said the plumber was lost. My response was could anybody have called us and asked for directions at which time they were trying to figure out something on a map that was outdated, and could not find where we lived. Ultimately he did show up, his work was fine, we were pleased with that.

Naugle called back within a day, came and was able to finish the job within an hour. Workman was very clean, neat, used shoe covers and was quite friendly. My only concen was it was pricey for just one repair, I went ahead and let him fix the other pipe for a discounted fee, but only did that related to the charge for a repeat visit. I had not gotten other prices from other plumbers, so I was not sure if this was the 'going rate' for this type of service or not, however, it was done timely, done right and with little inconvenience to me, would recommend them again

On-time and courteous. Thought some prices were a bit high, especially given that they charge for each thing they do (example, visit fee, search for problem fee, installation fee). Faucet installed came apart within 2 days, wasn't screwed in tight. Fixed ourselves rather that paying again.
