Naula Landscaping

I love Naula! They take care of my parent's house and treat them so well. Jill has come to the house to help a number of times. Living an hour away, I have peace of mind knowing they are taken care of with kindness and great service. Yes, they are slow to bill (because they are working so hard), but they will get to you with an invoice or they will text me. If you have a budget, they will work with you. They have also removed extra bushes and have cleaned up the yard. We have been very happy! Thank you!

They will be coming on Sunday so I can't really rate or recommend them yet. Could not really answer most of your questions.

Jill the owner came out on a Sunday morning to provide an estimate, which was extremely helpful and convenient due to my work schedule. She is very friendly, knows her stuff and the pricing of services is very fair and actually better than some other quotes I have received. The only thing I could ask for an improvement on would be invoicing, or even an email with what weeks the lawn was mowed and what was paid. Currently I have not received anything, but we are only about two months in. I am waiting on the landscaping project to start so I will update on that- this has been a bit difficult to get scheduled and quoted, however, I have to say that Jill is still very responsive and does communicate, she is just very busy!

The most difficult part was communicating. Usually the pros call you right away. She did not so I called her. Then we scheduled for the following week. The day it was scheduled no call no show. So I called her again. She apologized and came the next day and her guys did an amazing job. It was just a bit frustrating with no calls.

Very undependable. They were on time the first time but when the lawn was due for another cut, they couldn't come out. They couldn't even tell me the next time they could come! My lawn looks like a jungle! Very disappointed. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I appreciate the prompt response and quick follow through.

We've contracted Naula for a number of services including mulching of some flower beds and lawn cleanup. Their work is superb and we've received very competitive quotes from them for their work. The only thing that could be improved is their communication. We have some trouble reaching Jill (who is very nice) and find that some of our requests and specifications must be repeated. Aside from the communication, Jill and her team are very good at what they do and we would use them again for the value of their work.

I just recently purchased a new home with a little over a quarter of an acre lot size. After I submitted my request, they contacted me within 24 hours. The woman showed up to my house the next morning and quoted me a great price. I told her we were ready and by 4pm that same day, the guys were at my home cutting my grass. They were quick and did an awesome job. I am extremely happy with their service and will definitely use them again.

Naula's Landscaping were quick to communicate with me, got to work when they said they would and they are the right kind of hometown people you want to do business with.

They are a good company otherwise I wouldn't rate them so high.

I thought and think they did a poor job of cleaning up the leaves in my property. I was not home when they were here and when I got home I thought they didn't even show up.

Company is very accommodating with all your lawn and garden needs also snow removal for residence.

I hired Naula Landscaping for shrub removal, bi-weekly lawn mowing and stone installation and grub control treatments. Jill is a very nice lady but there was little to no communication within the month of my services. Her people came to put down grub control and fertilizer but failed to leave any indication that they had done so, therefore I did not water the lawn as I should when a treatment is applied and my lawn turned brown. Also while cutting the lawn my concrete somehow got broken and a rock went flying through my glass screen door and broke it. She admitted that they had broken the door but denied they damaged the concrete which was not damaged when I left for work that day but tried to blame a contractor that was at my home two days prior and basically called me a liar when I stated to her that he did not do it after she asked me could my contractor have done it because "my husband said there was somebody there working" yes someone was here working two days prior. Anyway, it took about three weeks for my door to be replaced and when the concrete was redone it was done sloppily and hurriedly resulting in cracks. Why do it if you're not gonna do it right? Needless to say this company will not be servicing my lawn again. Too bad we can't add pictures to this site.
