Orlando was a dream come true. He was recommended by a neighbor whose sister recommended him to her, they have used him for over 20 years as I recall it and were very happy. I mentioned I was looking for someone and he was recommended. From the 1st meet I was impressed with his prices, professionalism, and the suggestions not tobkncrease gis charges but to make each project better. Then there was his work and skills, top, top, top... I couldn't have gotten anyone better even at a much higher rate. Out of 10 stars, I rate Orlando at 1,0000 X 1,00000 stars. Thank you Orlando!!!!!
