Owner Jerry Nave is very knowledgeable. Took care of different kinds of stains with appropriate products and methods. The whole team was polite and careful with my belongings and their approach to cleaning the carpets.

Jerry (the owner) and his team were exceptional and it was really great to have the owner working side by side with his team. The team that day was very skilled as well, having worked with Jerry for the past 15 years! They cleaned my wall-to-wall carpet, several area rugs and some seat cushions. Everything looks immaculate, shades brighter and like new again! They are very professional and thorough with their effective 3 step process to deep cleaning and deodorizing and their services are more reasonably priced than their competitors. I've utilized several carpet cleaners in the past and Nave's Cleaning Services is the best by far! I recommend them without hesitation and I will definitely use their services again.

My carpets were destroyed from older pets. Jerry and his crew were meticulous. They put odor and cleansing solutions down before cleaning the carpets. Are the carpets new out of the showroom? No but they were 18 years old and had seen lots of abuse from kids and pets. They look and smell so much better than they did before!

Everyone was very friendly and professional. The carpets still smell great a week later despite strong pet odors prior to service! There was a very small corner that was missed in a closet and something kicked up on some trim that was likely from the cleaning unit but it wiped off easy enough and was not a big deal. Both happened in the same tiny room so maneuverability was likely limited. Would still recommend.

Jerry Nave is extremely knowledgeable, and experienced in this field. He and his team cleaned my (very dirty) furniture with such precision that it all looks brand new. The added bonus is that Jerry is a wonderful guy. Kind, conscientious, lovely. And so was his assistant. The price he d quoted, and honored, was less than the other cleaning services I had contacted, and his work was exceptional. I will use him again and again, (for rugs next time!), and I have already recommended his services to three friends. I m very grateful to have met him.

Jerry was awesome. He got in touch with me immediately and walked me through all of the services they offered. They were completely accommodating with my schedule and got us ready for an open-house in no time! Also very respectful of the space, and put everything back just where it was.
