I am a senior citizen, I found Nawaz&Sons construction corp online to repair the concrete sidewalk in early March. I paid 50% deposit before they started job. They finished timely but the job wasn't professional. But I still paid them in full, expecting them come back to repair several unleveled sidewalks. The outside concrete is higher than the inside concrete so the sidewalk accumulates water whenever it rains, and the water is stuck there for days after the rain stops. So the low lying section will be very dangerous in the winter time when rains or snows. It will ice up and become a hazard spot. I have been calling and texting the owner Tehmoor since April. All he did was give me run arounds or just ignore me. Especillay he never even completed the second half of the permit for the job so I can't even remove the violation from the city and can't claim my reimbursement from the city due to the sidewalk concrete damaged by the tree roots. Up to date Sept. 11, 2017, the owner Tehmooh is still avoiding my calls and not responding to my texts. Now I have to look for a new construction to complete my job so I can remove the violation. I strongly advise all home owners to be very cautious when you hire them.

In August of 2015 I hired Nawaz and Sons, through the Home Advisor website, to pave my sidewalk. When the work was done I was assured it would last AT LEAST 5 years. The work initially looked good. Later that year (after some snowfall) I noticed the material was dissolving a little and I thought that would be it. I WAS WRONG! By February of this year the sidewalk looked like it was never done. $2200 waisted!! Of course I called the person and asked him to look at the sidewalk, stating his workers must have used a weak mixture. I expected him to honor his word about the concrete lasting at least 5 yrs. He said he drove by my house and saw the sidewalk but there was NOTHING he could do about it. All he could say was that's why he doesn't give a warranty... Really? As you read this you may be thinking that perhaps I used too much rock salt the past 2 winters. Well, my neighbor paved a small part of my sidewalk BEFORE I used Nawaz and Sons for the rest of it. That slab still looks GREAT! I know... I should have asked him to do my entire sidewalk. I contacted Home Advisor to report this company and was advised to right this review. For those of you may want to use this company anyway after reading this... MAKE SURE YOU GET A WARRANTY!! Feel free to respond. I would more than happy to post photos.

They are extremely inexperienced . I signed contract for specific job and they were not able to deliver. Owners math is horrible so be mindful of what you are paying or being charged. Left my home a mess haven't picked up tools or materials in weeks after being texted and called. Railings are rusting after 2 weeks not primed properly.

They did everything they said they would on the initial consultation. They showed up on time, worked fast, finished the job on time and left it very clean.

I found the contractor to be polite and helpful with suggestions. The work took a little longer than expected. I was pleased with the overall work, but the crew was not very good cleaning up behind themselves.

After eliminating many contractors, We came across Nawaz & Sons Construction Corp. who provided me with a quote that I was comfortable with. I hired Tehmoor and his team to lay cement onto an area that was just dirt to create a ground patio deck. It needed quite a bit of work to level it out and lay it out to our liking. Now that the project is complete, I could not be happier with the results. The important thing for me besides quality of work was communication. Tehmoor was always responsive to all my requests and even came up with a few ideas that helped beautified our project. My patio deck looks amazing, it came out beautiful. I love the work they did so much that I hired them to install new sidewalk. Which they have already completed and that too looks amazing and is great quality work. This company was very professional true to their word and quote. We are looking forward to working with Nawaz & Sons Construction Corp again for some interior remodeling work. I highly recommend Nawaz & Sons Construction Corp based on my experience.
