He disappeared! Super nice guy, but he did not listen to me. Although I gave him pics of the model as well as the error code and he still came out to verify without parts. Second trip, he had one part but the repair required 2 parts. Said, he had ordered the 2nd part and would call me to schedule when it was received. Then he never came back. Would not return texts or emails! I thought he had died or something. Obviously not since other reviews are after that time. Actually glad he did not die.

I would recommend this company to anyone looking for A/C service. Wonderful customer service and repairs and reasonably priced. I used them about 4 years ago when they worked on my A/C and I called them 7/11/2019 and the guy was at my house within 3 hours of my call. He fit me into his busy schedule. Thank you so much as it was a hot day. David Naylor is great. He explained everything he was going to do and showed me what needed repaired. Very courteous.

The company owner performed the service. He was courteous, timely, and effective. Like all sorts of service visits these days, a fee was charged to pay for the expense of running a truck which seems out of proportion to me, but it is universal, it seems. Overall, I rate the work as excellent.

Gas Furnace / Forced Air Heating System - Repair
Losing your heat in the Winter is never fun. David came and trouble shot our problem and found a faulty part. Tried to fix that part rather than replacing, which would have saved us on the repair cost, when that did not work, he ordered the part and replaced it with the new one. My wife and I were quite happy with the experience with David and his company. We will use him again in the future.

These guys are wonderful!! He came in educated me abou my a/c. Found some things the home inspector should have found when I bought my house and fixed them at no charge!!!Wow! Great guy. He recharged the freon which I paid for of course. He is so friendly and knowledgeable he is my a/c guy for life. My air conditioning outside is even running quieter. I've recommended him to my neighbors.
