Home Energy Audit
He never came to do the work. I paid the fee, prior to the appointment. He had to reschedule and never did the work. I asked for a refund but never received it. I am out $200 and had to have another company do the work. I do not recommend this company.

Told me and our realtor that the outside AC unit was **new** and we dont have to **worry** about it for a while after our Destin condo purchase. Come to find out that he was talking about the neighbors unit! Not sure he fully knew how to do his job!
