Excellent service. Their guy came out and looked at my issue. It was a simple thing that was able to be fixed immediately with no need for a service technician.

The plumber himself was very nice but he was late (I was the first call of the day), he took 2 1/2 hours to complete a 1/2 hour job, and completed $200.00 worth of work that was not authorized.

i am not sure about pricing, i did not put the business out for bid. although the company agreed to give me a 30minute call prior to the appointment to meet the rep, which they did. when i arrived at the house, rep was not there, and had to wait an addt'l 30 minutes for him to arrive. he could have been more prompt. rep was very polite and cleaned up any mess from job.

Actually, we had already contacted Neal Harris before contacting you. There was a problem with them being able to do the entire job, but that was able to be worked out. I rated communication fair becuase they were supposed to be here at a certain time and they were much later. It seems that the installer was not aware that we were on his schedule. However, he did come and the water heater was installed and is working wonderfully.

Technician was very knowledgeable, and the only thing I didn't like was that he tried to sell me a whole new furnace - but that's part of his job, so I guess it's OK!

Technical work done on the furnace was performed to satisfaction. However, the communication by the office and parts department to the customer leaves a lot for improvement.
