Everyone we had contact with was extremely respectful and courteous. The owner came out in a very timely manner. We were told we needed a new compressor --but for the money difference and warranty we went with a new unit. We were given many options and price ranges. Mr Neal was very patient and helpful with our decision. They checked to make sure everything was good inside and out before they left. They didn't leave a mess only a new unit that works great. We will use Neal's in the future and recommend to anyone in need.

Showed up on time. Fixed the problem and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Great job and a fair price. Would definitely recommend and use again.

On time as promised. The owner replaced compressor and now we have beautiful air after 5 days in 90 degree weather. Jacob was on time and patiently answered my questions in a professional manner. We asked him to be our HVAC service tech for any future service and repairs.

Absolutely on time promises. Owner personally made service call. Stated exactly what was needed and offered to assist in getting repair covered under warranty. Very professional and forth right about problem, fix and cost. Cost was less than expected. Unfortunately things fell apart after initial service. Was told needed a new valve which he would order. Heard nothing for 2 weeks despite 3 or 4 calls from me. When finally called back, apoligized and said "had afamily wedding and simply forgot. Would order immediately and be by in 3 days or less. Nothing for 2 more weeks, calls not answered. Finally did call after2 text msg. Apoligized again said would get on it if I still wanted him to complete repair. Told him to go ahead (my mistake). Have heard nothing since. He is ABSOLUTELY NOT RELIABLE. Will never use again. Repair still has not been made and another company will get this job. Stay away from this company, won't bein business long with this type service.

Jacob came to our house prepared for our AC needs.. He was friendly and demonstrated great skill in his work. Jacob clearly communicated what work was performed. I am certain of his integrity and abilities.
