Nearby Plumbing LLC

AJ was prompt, friendly and super knowledgeable!

Honest and dependable service. They diagnosed the problem fast and did not try to sell me repairs I did not need. I highly recommend Nearby Plumbing!

Chris and I were so happy to have met Dave. He put our house back in order, an older 1970s rambler that needed some tlc. 5 new faucets - 3 very difficult to fit and he did thorough work even replacing the seat of the faucet plumbing. 8 new hot/cold turnoff valves and a new sink and house shutoff valve. Amazing! He does excellent work politely and on time with great communication and efficiently. He did them right the first time. We were thrilled! Thanks Dave!

Dave did a great job on our diswasher relocate. He was knowledgeable, professional, and charged a fair price. The piping was routed very clean and shows his experience. Easy to work with and left the area tidy. We would absolutely use his services again.

Outstanding communication, friendly, didn't have any hidden fees, price was the same as the quote. Will hire again when needed.

Dave was great. We left him a message on Sunday and he got back to us the same day. We set it up on Tuesday morning for a hot water replacement everything went as planned. He was fast and efficient. He did so well we are going to have a water softener installed. Fair pricing and very informative. Thanks for doing a great job!!

Work was done enthusiastically, efficiently and skillfully. I had a plumbing leak, he quickly identified the source and went right to work repairing it while protecting my home. Excellent!!

Prompt response and on time. Great communication. Had a leak under kitchen sink and replaced bathroom faucets but when he did the work he realized leaks in different area and fixed those too.

I had a great experience with David, our plumber. He arrived on promptly, was friendly, professional, and quickly went to work on the issue with our toilet. He explained what needed to be done, completed the repair efficiently, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. It's clear he takes pride in his work and provided excellent customer service. We really appreciate the quality of the repair and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services. Thank you for the outstanding work!

Excellent

I am very pleased with David's communication, workmanship, and attention to detail throughout our water heater replacement job. He also masterfully answered questions about our sump pump. I would recommend Nearby Pluming to anyone.

Dave does great work! He identified the problem, got a better kitchen that I could have bought, and installed it carefully. He set the price ahead of time, so there were no surprises. Excellent work attitude, a throw back to what service used to be! He is reliable, easy to talk with, and trustworthy. Highly recommend his work!

Nearby Plumbing arrived when they said they would. The job was top quality, completed on time, clean, and we had no issues after the job was complete! It can be challenging to find a good, trustworthy and reliable plumber. Nearby Plumbing stands out not only for the great work, but also for good communication. We clearly understood the problem, what would be done, and the status of the work project! We highly recommend Nearby Plumbing for any need!

I have had the absolute best experience with David. He has done a variety of plumbing projects on my home for the last 4 years. Also my father has worked with David on several commercial properties as well. Always providing excellent customer service in top-tier work quality that is second to none. The only Plumber I trust hands down. Work performed: • Ripped out and installed all new water lines in my basement • Installed new water heater • Installed a waterline for my ice maker in my refrigerator. More work planned for him to do on my home.

The job became more than what was previously thought. But the outcome was outstanding. Would hire this company again.

I am blessed to have met David today. Thank you, Angie! David replaced a bath vanity faucet for me. He will be my “go to” plumber in the future! He is personable, quite knowledgeable, efficient, and his rates are competitive. Just by watching him, work, I could tell that he is worthy of his master plumber credentials. While he was here, he also flushed my hot water heater. Thanks for working that into your schedule today! I highly recommend David and his company, Nearby Plumbing based in Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN. nearbymnplumbing.com
