"Aww, this is so nice of you to post a review, Aude. I am glad you were happy with Vicki and Hunter's deep cleaning and that you hired us for Louan's bi-weekly help! We appreciate your business. Flo,"
"The homeowner sent me a picture of an obviously dirty floor. I was really surprised since the house looked very well maintained before the cleaning and spotless after our cleaning technician spent 5 hours working there (this is a large home). I got back to the homeowner as soon as it was safe to do (I was driving) and shared that picture with our employee who used the term "I am flabbergasted!"... and so was I. It is very unlikely that something so obvious as cleaning the kitchen floors would have been missed, and I am very proud of the hard work and dedication showed by my staff. Once established into their position, I trust them with giving their best and earning our trust. However, mistakes or missteps might happen as hours of labor do tire ones best energy. My team and I do take customers feedback at heart and we want to make it up when something is not to their liking. We offered the homeowner to go back and clean the floors again and to add to it some other tasks and to call me back to discuss. But I had not heard back from them before I saw the low review. So in the end, I have to say that there has not been a satisfying resolution, unfortunately."
"Thank you Roy, for your review. I want to add that yes, to meet our client's deadline on his long-term rental move-out cleaning, the service was scheduled in the evening, during the winter season, which means that we finished after night fall. I had made sure to offer that we return to attend to any missed areas since it was difficult to clean the windows and in general to work without day light. It is not that we leave without completing the job, it is that we strive to respond as quickly as we can in tight scheduling situations."
"Dear client, I welcome your feedback when you have a chance to give me a call. We worked very hard to go beyond the usual (taking off the lanai's window panels to clean the exterior is usually done by a specialized window cleaning professional) because you were closing your home and needed it finished that night. If we forgot something, I am sorry. When we asked if there was anything else needed, I was willing to finish it up for you. Again, this is an example of "no good deed is left unpunished"."
"Assessing the needed time to clean a home is not possible without a previous visit. The home owner was not home, we were requested to do a deep cleaning on this condo, which requires to push furniture from walls, clean interior appliances, clean interior windows and sliding doors, etc. so that is what we did. We work very hard for our money, this is really back breaking work. I charge what I need to charge to stay in business while paying my staff enough so they can make a living. These are the reasons I charge per the labor hour. I always regret when the home owner does not take the time to discuss their needs on the phone, including a budget if needs be. As a business owner, I make myself available 7 days a week to our clients, by phone, text and email. I can only advise you to hire for regular cleanings, so there will not be another need for a 8 hours work load in your 2/2 condo."
"I did not have the opportunity to visit the site ahead of time, found it difficult to talk with the home owner to ask questions about their wants as she was very busy and did not have time for me. Nothing else that a "deep cleaning" was requested and we did spend the needed time and supplies to do the job. We do not use toxic products, so they do not leave toxic fumes. However, our products do work as well or better: the before and after pictures do show a significant difference, particularly in the bathrooms. As per our promise to be environmentally friendly, we do wash and reuse our rags: they might be stained, but they are cleaned and sanitized. And yes, I welcome the presence of the home owner. But I do not feel the need to apologize in this case."
"Thank you Jennifer. I appreciate you taking the time to post your feedback. I have sent you a receipt by email. Let me know if you need our help again. :)"
