Seamless Metal Gutters Repair
Especially appreciated that they left "after" photos. Gives customer confidence that gutters were thoroughly cleaned. Workmen were pleasant and arrived very soon after I got the text notifying me they were on the way.

The complete quote was done over the phone via satellite measurements and photos I texted them - less hassle and the price was good. The drawback was that when they came they did not have the right parts (size and color) for the whole job, so somebody had to bring them the parts and even then they were not right and they had to come back on the next day.

There was quick response to the project being placed in Angi. The person calling was courteous and fully explained what they did. The work was scheduled quickly and the two man crew cleaned up after the job was complete. They called after the job and relayed the inspection findings that were a concern.

I posted my project on Angi and within minutes I received multiple calls . For big projects I get four or five estimates. I discard any company that is too high or too low. Four of the five companies came on sight to see what needed to be done. Ned's Home did every thing over the phone. There was a section of my sofit that need repair and was inclued in the estimates. When the crew came, we walked around the project. They informed they do not fix sofits. I called the office and they discounted $200 extra for me to take care of the issue. I'm a handy-man and repair the area while the worked on the other sections. I'm pleased with their job!

Ned did not provide a clear date they would be at the house for repair. It was over a week from their initial date when they arrived. Then all they did was basically take off the duct tape and then did not fix the previously backward installation and charged me for nothing. Their customer service sucks and not professional. Don?t waste your money!!!
Response from Ned Stevens Gutter Repairs
