Ned Stevens was fantastic to work with! They as reasonably priced and very professional. They were able to come by within a couple days to help clean out our gutters -perfect timing as we got a lot of rain soon after. Highly recommend them and would definitely go with them again!

Crews don't communicate with customer or even very well with the dispatcher. They didn't show up on appointment date. Then they showed up with no notice when I wasn't home on another day. They didn't let me know they were not fully able to clean my gutters due to Gutter Shutter System. That should have been communicated to me before work started. They did a partial clean, and tried to charge me full price. I was not exactly overjoyed. Their biggest weakness is they are terrible at communication. This could have been much better if the crew had only called the customer prior to service. This middle man business model did not work well in this case.

The process was super easy to set up. When they arrived they were quick and efficient and all the information was in the portal. I couldn't be happier and will be setting up other services as well as continuing to have them service my gutters.

Im disappointed that there's been no follow-up. This was booked on the 10th, and I havent heard from them since. They called to offer another service without even providing information on the first one.

They did okay. My main need, as indicated at booking, was that a downspout was very clogged. If my sister had not been there to prompt them that they needed to clean that downspout, they would not have given it any real attention. He indicated to her it was draining, but she pointed out only a small dribble draining because needed more attention to clean out major clogging. Then after she kinda insisted he try harder, he did clean it. The other things done, blowing off patio & porch, I can and do them myself. The roof blow off had just been done few days before. So the downspout thorough clean out was what I wanted, needed, was feeling for which I was paying. And finally, that did get done. However, am still waiting to hear from someone about the issue of damage to neighbor?s mailbox/post which we feel was done when service vehicle backed out my drive.

Fine job and I like that they powerwashed the steps, but they also spam robo-called me multiple times every day for weeks until I finally got someone to pit me on the do not call list

I need to take an actual look in the gutter to say they did a thorough job but they did leave a bag half full of debris for me to dispose of. I’m hoping it was all on the up and up

Ned’s was very responsive. Fair estimate. Service guys showed up on time. Super polite. Did a great job on the gutters and cleaned up afterwards like they were never one site. Highly recommended.
