The actual cleaning was fine - but, really!, sending out two guys who neither spoke English! Not fair to the customer nor especially to the workers! Never again!

They showed up right as I was stepping out for a short errand. I let them know where the two outside faucets were. As I was returning, they alerted me that the job was done. No problems and I signed them up for a return in November after the leaves have fallen. I needed this done since I could see things growing in the back gutters.
